• The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy.
• Very long walk from elevator to our room.

“It is a conference hotel so it has a lot of separate meeting rooms for that reason but for those that are on vacation and staying there it is a long walk from your point A to point B i.e.. from the parking lot to your room takes a lot of energy and from your room to the front lobby and restaurant is also quite a jaunt. I guess what I'm trying to say is that the hotel wasted a lot of space and is too spread out. But the rooms were very spacious and clean, nice bathrooms and it was wonderfully soundproof! Staff wasn't the most friendly we've ever encountered; something they could work on.”

• Setting was like being in the country but in the city.
• Parking was not convenient.

“It was a pleasant clean hotel with good food and good fitness facilities. I was not impressed with the sleep number beds. I prefer a regular type of mattress but did get a good night sleep. It was quiet and in a great location with lots of green space.”

• The room was very quiet even though it was a weekend and the beds were very comfortable.
• The parking area for checking in was full and I had to park in the lot and carry my bags from there.

“The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. It is in a good location with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Although I did not dine at the hotel on this trip, I have done so before and they are very good. The staff is very pleasant and check-in and check-out was quick and easy.”

• Nice pool area, business center, and good restaurant.
• Very small room.

“The hotel has a great pool, sauna, and exercise facility. It's perfect for kids. We are in the restaurant, and the food and service was outstanding. The property was very clean. However the room was very small. The hotel was sold out of double beds, so I had to take a room with a single full-size bed. It was very small, and traveling with a child. We needed a rollaway. It barely fit in the room. We felt cramped, and at first I didn't like the hotel, but the nice pool area and restaurant made up for it a bit.”

• The hotel was huge and very well decorated.
• Parking - Not really applicable for hotel guests only for conference goers.

“The hotel overall was great. Nice that they fill they stock the fridge but I had to ask them to come and take it out as it costs money if you eat any of it. Should ask upon booking the hotel if they wish for a stock fridge. Another elevator at the end of the hotel would be better for when your room is at farthest end. Doable with out but long walks. Trying to get back to the vehicle I became lost as well, different elevators to use and not really noted as such. But overall very nice hotel. Would stay there again.”

• This hotel has a beautiful lobby and my room was very quiet.
• Room service seemed to be having problems.

“Nice hotel, but bad parking and a very uncomfortable bed. Room service messed up my order and when it finally did come, the food wasn't good, and I was overcharged. The staff were all very friendly, and the hotel is clean, but I won't stay there again.”

• We liked that the room had sleep number beds.
• My friends sleep number bed didn't work, she slept in a sink hotel.

“The hotel was very nice and we were very excited to see that both our beds were sleep number beds but my friends didn't work and she slept in a sink hole the whole night. We would have asked to switch but we didn't realize this until we were unloaded and ready for bed.”

• The view was great, peaceful and relaxing, nice and quiet rooms.
• Too short of a stay.

• I liked the design of the hotel, real open feeling in the halls. It was clean, good service, and the restaurant was great.
• I don't like down comforters as my only option for a blanket.

• I liked the hotel.
• I did not like the property dealers, the Starzoneks.

“We had a great time at your hotel, the food was great and the hospitality was perfect. The only let down was that we met two German residents, Carmen and Ralf Starzonek and they pestered us for money and to buy property. They wanted to know how many guests there were at your hotel and would we give the other guests their business cards. It is a shame these two bother your guests as we were not the only ones they talked to.”

“Was very upset with the maid service. Was awakening at 7:00 with the maid service knocking on my door. We told her that we are still sleeping. She knocked on our door at 9:00 and wanted to clean our room. Check out time isn't until noon. This was a vacation and didn't need to up early.”

• Only 1 elevator for a block long bldg.

“Unable to sleep due to people & TVs extremely loud on both sides of my room. Didn't quiet until 3:30 a.m. Next morning beer bottles lying around and broken glass in the hallways. Wont stay there again.”

• Location, easy access to major highway and shopping.
• Sleep number beds aren't worth it, takes too long to get them adjusted to your fit and then you're checking out.

“Awesome, friendly, dedicated staff. Room was clean and pleasant. Only problem was the bed. A sleep number bed takes a long time to adjust to your comfort setting, and once you've gotten it there, you're checking out. Next stay Ill request a room with a regular mattress.”

• Asked for privacy, but maids were vacuuming outside our room at 8:00 am. Could hear people next door at 6:30.

“It was nice, but Ive stayed at other less expensive hotels and they at least included a continental breakfast. Food was extremely pricey. We asked not to be disturbed, and the hotel cleaning staff was outside our room at approximately 8:00 is vacuuming and the vacuum was left there when we checked out a couple of hours later.”

• Great staff and very comfortable bed/pillows. Nice pool.
• No fan in bathroom; bathroom could have been cleaner.

“We stayed at this hotel in relation to an eye surgery, and found the location to be very convenient, the helpfulness of the staff very kind, and the facilities extremely nice with the one exception being the tub was not well-cleaned the first day and the toilet not the second day.”

• It is so quiet and private on the weekends. Great getaway hotel.
• The entrance (driving in) is difficult to find.
