• The staff. We were booked into a smoking room which I could not use. He changed the room and upgraded us to help us out.
• Rooms are not all non smoking.

• The hotel staff quickly dealt with the noisy neighbors in the next room.

“We stayed here for an overnight trip to a class reunion. We basically checked in, went to the reunion, and came back to sleep. At 2am, we did have to call the front desk to have someone deal with our noisy neighbors in the next room. After that, we didn't hear any noise. The bed was really comfortable. We left by 8:30am and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The pool looked nice, but we didn't have enough time to use it.”

• There was plenty of room for the five of us.
• Pretty dusty in some places.

“We were fortunate to get a business room with a hide away king size bed. Even with the bed down there was plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably.”

• Location and quite.
• No hot water.

“Although the location and subsequently quietness of the hotel was a plus in our travels. Having no hot water pretty much did it in for us staying at this hotel in the future.”

• The shower curtain was too too long and dragged in the bottom of the tub. Yuck.

“The room was comfortable and clean. Although it was designated a non-smoking room the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. The breakfast area was very nice and the food was good. Location of hotel was very good. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Would stay there again.”

• Warm pool.
• Sauna did not work; towels were not delivered to the pool; hot tub was the same temperature as the pool.

“This hotel has nice rooms and fair service but the extra that you pay for leave something to be desired.”

• I actually liked the location of the Hotel.
• I paid for a top of the line room and got a second class room.

“Although the accommodations were clean and safe I felt zipped after requesting the best rooms available.”

• The beds, pillows, and suite were wonderful!
• The walls were thin- noise leaked from other rooms.

“This hotel was wonderful- my only complaint was with other guests that were too noisy at 3:00 am.”
