• The shuttle (5 am) & food service (11 pm) were outstanding.
• Room was a bit noisy.

“The bed was extremely comfortable! The shuttle driver was extremely helpful and accommodating. I arrived late (after 10:30 pm) and assumed the kitchen would be closed. The woman attending the restaurant/bar area was extremely nice and my food arrived quickly and was delicious! I was out of town for a funeral and wish I had enjoyed the hotel under different circumstances.”

• The room was very nice.

“The overall stay at the hotel was nice and the room was very clean. I really don't have any complaints. The food that we ordered was very good and the waitress that delivered the food to our room was very polite and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.”

• The staff was friendly and room was nice.

“I stayed overnight at this hotel after arriving from CA. The hotel shuttle picked me up from the airport and delivered me to the hotel. The accommodations were lovely and I enjoyed my stay. It was easy for my sister to pick me up in the morning from the hotel.”

• Decent lobby.
• Awful smell, very old hotel.

“Easily the worst 4 pts Sheraton I have been to. Very disappointing. Bad smell. In my room a part of the wall was unpainted. ”

• Clean. Comfortable bed. Good TV reception including Fox News.
• The room was very crowded, too small for the furnishings.

“It's a nice and well appointed hotel, but the room was cramped to the point of being almost claustrophobic. Had I been traveling alone, it might have seemed roomier. The exhaust vent in the bathroom was nonfunctional. Mirrors steamed at every shower.”

• Good food, good room service, nice lounge, reasonably priced.
• No Sunday papers ( none complimentary or to purchase).

• Location to Airport and room were very clean.
• They forgot my wake up call.

“Overall it was a good place to stay before going to the Airport. The shuttle service was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean which is very important. Even though they forgot my wakeup call I was able to get up with out it. However my call was for 3 am and could have a more serious result, especially if we missed our flight.”
