• Very comfy; great bed; practical shower; very nice climate control!
• Flakes of black junk in the sink; unappealing!

“I was very pleased with this hotel, considering the price I paid for it. It was clean, roomy, cool, and comfortable. The bathroom was accommodating and functional. Nothing was out of order or otherwise nonfunctional. The AC unit is rather loud on high fan setting, but it wasn't too bad. Overall excellent experience.”

• Friendly staff.
• Old, tired property, tricky location, dining options poor.

“The hotel is older with a tired looking face lift. Not appealing. Did not feel special staying there. The staff was pleasant to us all, they were the best part. The location is a bit tricky. The dining was not appealing or family friendly. The hotel was not particularly clean. There must have been a hundred cigarette butts outside the door we used to go in and out of. Windows dirty. There was only one computer to share.”

• Very friendly staff with good shuttle service to airport.
• Very hard to find, small signs were hard to see.

“We were there on an overnighter to catch a plane the next morning. The staff was very helpful. The shuttle drivers were friendly and prompt. The room was extremely clean and comfortable.”

• Nice and clean.
• Toilet got plugged up very easily.

“Overall very nice. Came in later 10:00 pm. Its a bit hard to find. Lucky we had a GPS, because I would have bet we were lost. Have to go through an industrial park to get to it.”

• Rooms were big and very clean.
• Location was out of the way with nothing around unless you drive.

• The quality of the hotel.
• The lounge staff was inattentive and did not seem to care.

“Reasonably priced hotel. Located about 15 minutes from downtown, 20 during peak traffic. Very close to shops and restaurants, if you are a business traveler I would recommend this place. My only complaint is that the lounge staff was inattentive and did not seem to care.”

• The room stunk and the front desk staff was rude. They were either out of coffee in the morning or cups.

• In the middle of renovations, closet doors were off, carpets stained but will look great when completed.

“Once you find it, its well worth the effort. Clean, quite, yet only a few minutes from the airport. The rooms and yes, those beds, are just what the doctor ordered.”

“Hotel is attractive but is not being managed to its potential. There were numerous problems with the infrastructure such as no hot water at check in, toilet backup the next night and the dining room was not staffed for Saturday breakfast.”

• Shuttle service from airport went back twice to pick up my girlfriend whose flight was delayed. Excellent service.
• Its location was somewhat difficult to navigate to, despite being familiar with Pittsburgh.

“This was an excellent hotel for the price. The room service was prompt despite the late hour and the food was excellent. The shuttle service from the airport was fast and they went back at 2:30am to provide a ride for my girlfriend whose flight was delayed. The front desk was courteous and helpful. The room was somewhat small and the carpet was stained, but that was very minor considering how the hotel excelled in all other areas. I will definitely stay at this location again.”

• The guest rooms were very spacious. Beds were awesome!
• Nothing.

“Beautiful lobby with equally nice lounge. Workers were very friendly. Our guest room was huge! I had three of my grandchildren with me & we were in no way cramped. When I laid down on the bed the only thing to say was "ah". I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. In the past, the beds in hotels were the worst thing. This hotels were the best!”

“The hotel was a good value for star and very clean and appealing with good amenities and close to airport. A little off the beaten path but not to much. Overall it was a good hotel to stay at.”

• The room was quite large and very comfortable. Beds had lots of fluffy pillows. Very good, cool air-conditioning.
• It is a bit hard to find, but once you get there it is definitely worth it.

“This hotel exceeded my expectations overall. The lobby was very attractive and the rooms were larger than I expected and quite attractive - looking like a much more expensive hotel, with 5 pillows on each bed. The shower had very strong water pressure. My 23 year old niece who stayed with me did not want to leave. Although breakfast was not included (coffee was free in the lobby), the buffet was tasty and reasonably priced.”

“The king bed had queen fitted sheets, which did not fit. Very uncomfortable to sleep on. When I shared my concern while checking out, the only response was a smile and a shrug.”

“It was clean, convenient, located near airport. We stayed there one night & got the shuttle to the airport, left our car parked there all week & got the shuttle back from airport. Very convenient for the price. However it was very hard to find. Signs were not located so it was not easy to find & desk clerk was defensive about that because "everyone complains about the signage."”

• It had great beds and they were very clean!
• Staff was less than friendly and the halls were drab and with bad carpet.

“I expected a lot more from this hotel, it was in a difficult place to get to and from, and it did not have a nearby dining establishment. The staff was not friendly and a man sat at the front entrance and smoked apparently all night and day, he looked dirty and dies-respectable, and at the main entrance at that. I will not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.”

• The glass in the bathroom wrapped and sealed with a label stating clean and sterilized was filthy.

• Poor location; very low showerhead.

“Very difficult to find, even with GPS navigation in car; bathroom too small; door poorly positioned; showerhead too low for anyone over 6 feet tall; lighting poor for reading; TV did not pull out to rotate very far. Front desk people very courteous. Hotel not knowledgeable about breakfast service.”

• Carpets in room and halls were spotted. Restaurant was sub-par.

“Hotel has a good location near the airport and away from the freeway so that it is quiet. The menus in the restaurant were soiled, the carpet and chairs were spotted, the breakfast was not attractive.”
