• It had a good breakfast & the room was clean.
• They switched us to 3 different rooms when we checked in.

“I was not pleased when we arrived on Tues evening, given a key to our room. We went upstairs & opened the room to find it was occupied. The hotel clerk said to go downstairs to another room & a clerk brought a key. I was just about to open the room & a clerk said come to the front desk. We had to go upstairs again to another room, lugging our luggage. No allowance was made for the delay that was their fault.”

• One of the best continental breakfasts I have ever seen.
• Did not have an onsite laundry.

“Nice hotel, great staff. Continental breakfast was a good as I have seen. Nice facility.”

• Great help at desk. Allowed for early check in.
• No late evening Jacuzzi closed at ten. Poor water pressure.

“After a short look about to find this place I found it to be comfortable and good costumer service. Look for the small sign to the north going into or coming out of Whitefish.”

• Very helpful front desk staff; free Internet access.
• Noise from the pool area.

“Clean comfortable room; front desk staff was helpful and friendly; plenty of ice in the ice machines; nice setup for accessing the Internet. They accommodated my request for a 'top floor, quiet side' room without any problem. Only caution is for future trips, we'll be sure to ask for a room away from the pool. Although great for kids and families, the pool and water slide generate a bit of noise within the hotel.”

• Highway on one side, parking lot on the other.
