• Great restaurant next door called R Club. Clean rooms.

• The staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was convenient and great.
• The pool was small for the size of the hotel. They skimped on shampoo, cups, etc. Refrigerator need defrosting badly.

“Though the room was short on amenities for a reserved party of five, the staff was quick to provide what was needed. The room was clean, neat and spacious. The pool area was clean, though small. The breakfast area was small, but the staff and selection were great. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Lansing.”

• Country Inn and Suites are always nice and comfortable.
• Smoking room. The entire hotel chain should be smoke-free.

• Clean room, good location and breakfast.
• No complaints.

“This is a nice hotel in a good location for Lansing-west travelers. Everything was well-kept and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.”

• Breakfast was complimentary.
• We requested non-smoking and received smoking.

“Staff was not willing to accommodate medical needs. They begrudgingly gave additional pillows when requested. The floor had sticky spots, we could not be barefooted. The experience was not as described on the internet. No warm cookies waiting, no microwave, refrigerator or sofa bed as listed.”

• Did not get my wake up call and was put in a smoking room when I called and asked otherwise

• Had just shampooed our room - damp, mildew smell, tp damp, sheets, damp

“Just needed to have fans or air on to dry up the carpets. If we had a dry room, it would have been perfect. Food was fresh and tasty. ”

• The location of the ice machine was on the first floor and our room was on the 3rd

• The location, cleanliness and attractiveness of the lobby and breakfast room.
• We paid too much for the room. Their receipt showed $55. & we paid $65.

“The hotel is located in a very nice area. Plenty of places to walk undisturbed by dogs. The lobby is very nice as well as the breakfast room. The rooms were clean and attractive.”

“Our stay began with a warm greeting at the door, and a cookie to snack on. A fireplace and friendly seating area in the lobby. REady availability of a luggage cart was appreciated. The room was roomy, nicely decorated, and very clean. We enjoying, at our leisure, a cup of freshly made coffee in our room made with the supplied coffee maker. We later in the Am went to the breakfast area and enjoyed choosing from a freshly toasted bagel, Belgium waffles, juices, coffee, biscuits and gravy, and a big, bright, shiny, juicy apple. We definitely enjoyed out stay.”
