- The staff was incredible. They really remember who you are.
- The elevator is terrifying so we used the stairs.
“I will absolutely stay here again. I was going to an evening wedding and they accommodated a late checkout for me. When I went to check out of the hotel the front desk clerk even remembered my reason for leaving late and complimented me on my hair and wished me a good time at the wedding.”

- Front desk staff very efficient and friendly.
- Housekeeping staff obviously disinterested.
“This is as bad of an experience as I've ever had at a chain hotel. Unclean and unmentioned in all areas of the hotel. Worn carpets, holes in the wall, general dirtiness. The worst part was that even the nonsmoking rooms smelled like the inside of a smoking lounge. We knew what we were getting into, since we were on a youth hockey tournament trip - we wanted cheap and an indoor pool. Make sure that price is your only consideration before you book at this hotel.”

- The continental breakfast was awesome!
- They didn't want to give me my checkout receipt.
“It could use some repairs on the wallpaper and better pillows, but I was there because of a funeral in the area, so it didn't really matter. The breakfast was awesome and better than the upscale hotels that I have stayed at in various states.”

- The gentleman at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful.
- The suite felt cramped small rooms. Better to have one larger room.

- The guy maintaining breakfast was very nice, so was the young man who checked us in.
- The manager seemed very angry and short with everyone, even guests.

- The hallway and room carpets could use a good cleaning. There were white stains through most of the hallway and a few in the room.

- I really appreciated the in-room wireless access, and in-room coffee!
- Construction ongoing on the road leading to the hotel; this was the only inconvenience.

- The staff is very accommodating and helping.
- The facilities are getting worn and the building needs an overhaul.
“I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past month. Outside of a pool and workout room it is a no frills hotel. The restaurant is open only for the continental breakfast. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The carpeting, wall covering and some of the furnishings are time worn and need an update. I would stay here again.”

- I had asked for a smoking room, but none were available.

- Hall carpets needed cleaning / replacing. Room carpet had huge buckle - looked water damaged.
“Clean hotel entrance / lobby / breakfast area. Pool & workout facilities appeared nice - did not use. Wireless network worked well. The hallways and room (I can't speak for all) had very dirty carpet - in need of replacing and/or stretching as we had a huge carpet buckle in our room. - Parking right outside front door, spacious hotel room.
- The swimming pool had orange buckets at the ladder, an extension cord under the buckets. We skipped swimming, looked scary.
“Lee's inn is conveniently located. We spent a Saturday night there and occupancy was very low. There were at most 15 cars in the parking lot which made for very good parking, a very quiet night, and also had us wondering why so many vacancies. It was fine. The guy at the front desk was very nice, our room was clean, and the hot breakfast was good. This is a 2 star nothing more, nothing less. Do not go there expecting a fluffy comfortable bed, chocolates on your pillow, or room service.”

“This was an outstanding hotel. From the moment that I walked into the lobby to the moment that I left, everything was much better than I expected. This was the first time that I stayed at a Lees brand hotel and I have already booked two more nights at different Lees. The breakfast was the best breakfast bar that I have had at any hotel. There were over 40 items on the breakfast bar to choose from - everything from hot to cold item. If you are traveling and have a chance to stay at a Lee¿s hotel, do you a favor and stay there. You will love your stay.”

- I liked nothing about this hotel. It was a flat out rip-off.
- It was expensive for such poor quality.
“In the dark the motel is hard to find due to the sign being burned out. I brought this up to the woman working at the counter and she told me that it had been that way for a long time and the owner didn't care. Other than the sigh being out the hotel looked like a wonderful clean place to stay. However, the room is a sealed vault with no ventilation. The only window in the room did not open and ventilation was poor and promoted mold. The room wreaked of mold and the carpet was spongy and gross to the point that I didn't want to walk on it without shoes. I felt like the hotel had been severely water damaged at some point and only makeshift repair work had been done. I would not likely stay at a Lee's Inn again. It was wasted money and I'm very disappointed.”

- I've stayed there before it is classy.
- It didn't have any water while was entertaining clients in the executive suite.
“It is classy and well decorate4d but staff isn't well trained. I like a quick and easy check-in. I checked in early and gave then ample time to approve this. I had a lunch meeting at 11 am. I do private care. My clients don't like to discuss family members need in public or in front of their family member in need of car so I often get a hotel room for these meetings. The water was shut off from 1130 to 1230. The clerks could have mentioned that top me when I arrived at 1015”

- The breakfast buffet was good.
- The door locks were broken. We did not receive maid service. We reserved a nonsmoking room, but received a smoking room.
“The hotel is attractive from the outside and in the lobby area, but there are many problems with the rooms. It seems that things have been allowed to fall into disrepair. We had three different rooms because the first had no electricity, and the second had a dead battery in the door lock. The attitude of the desk staff was indifferent and resigned to the barrage of complaints from guests. I would not stay there again.”

- The Chlorine level in the hot tub was so high it bleached our swimsuits.
“I thought it was a great hotel for the price. We had problems with our doors sticking, making it difficult to open and shut them. The breakfast is good. The chlorine is too high in the hot tub.”

- The room needed a thorough cleaning, the carpet especially.
“The room had a small refrigerator that did not work, we advised the desk of it twice and it was never fixed properly. We did put some food in it when it was cold, only to come back and find the food spoiled and the refrigerator warm. They did not offer any kind of reimbursement for the spoiled food. Still waiting for a response from the Lees Inn to my e-mail to them.”

- The breakfast buffet has a large variety and was kept well stocked.
- The "hot tub" was tepid at best and the pool was cold.
“I have stayed at this hotel several times and in the past found it very satisfactory, but this stay was very unpleasant. Not only were the pool facilities unacceptable, but the room had some things broken also such as the TV speakers and exposed carpet staples between the beds. We will probably not be returning to this hotel again in the future.”

- The check out time.
- The pool was freezing, the food was hard and cold.
“The room was nice and clean although they didn't have plastic bags for wet cloths and only two cups were left in the room. The pool was cold so the kids wanted to hang out in the hot tub. We asked what the temp. was set at and they said it was 80 degrees and the heater was turned all the way up. He added it isn't working right. In the morning we went to have breakfast and it was cod and the pancakes were hard.”

“We were pleased with the price and the quality of the hotel. The staff was very friendly/helpful. The rooms were very large and clean. The two Queen beds were comfortable. The pool and exercise room were great. Best of all, the full free hot breakfast was above what we expected.”

“I felt the hotel was not consistent with past hotels I've stayed in. I understand it was a 2-star hotel but the rooms smelled of smoke. The iron didn't work. I didn't get a new one until I had to go down to the desk. Very dissatisfied with my stay.”
