• I liked its location,
• This hotel was a lot cleaner two years ago. Management needs to take care of this property.

“This hotel is in an excellent location in Wilmington. It is located between the two beaches and if you know the area both beaches are less than a 15 minute drive. This hotel needs to pay attention to the property. The property has declined within the last two years and the common areas of the hotel were not clean. I have stayed at this hotel many times, but this time I was very disappointed in the overall condition of the property.”

• It was very clean and I liked the bathroom set up.
• My room was on the street side and it was a little noisy.
