• The staff was incredibly friendly; the restaurant was excellent.
• The room blinds don't close all the way, and the bright lights outside get in all night.

“If you're going to Rolla, you can't find a better location. Do think about going to the Rodeo, though - great, authentic Mexican food with great prices.”

• Owners or managers were rude and said could paid less with out it.

“Very bad customer friendly people and they made us pay extra for more blankets. Will never stay there again.”

• Convenient location low price.
• Hard bed, small ants in shower and on dresser.

“Convenient location, older bathroom, hard beds but the pool area looked nice for kids and adults. Renovated Howard Johnson's but still needs updating, definitely only 1 star.”

• Location, easy to get to.
• Older motel and everything needed to be cleaned or updated, pool was not fit to swim in.

“Was BAD friendly owners but nothing too clean and nothing that I would want to use (kind of dirty) Pool cold and hot tub full of leaves and so much not working, nasty place to stay !!!”

“Expressed great displeasure that they were not getting full price for the room, then informed me my children could not stay in the room because she did not see them listed on the reservation. She told me my reservation was non-refundable, but she would not allow my family to stay in that room. She then offered me a room with two beds for an additional $20. I ended up spending $80+ for a room that did not begin to compare with other. ”
