• Helpful staff and great location close to the airport.

“Very helpful staff during all interactions. I loved the 24 hour airport shuttle, and the desk staff were polite, positive, and welcoming, even at my 3am check-in (after my delayed flight). The room was comfortable and clean, but had a broken security lock and a so-so TV. However, that didn't diminish the many positives by much. The bathroom was clean, but the towels were only OK. The soaps and shampoo were nice.”

• Pool open to 10 - very loud and disturbing as voices carry to the rooms

“This hotel needs to be a 3 star hotel. The parking lot is surrounded by tall weeds- so it makes a person uncomfortable when arriving late - someone could be hiding. Also, the hotel was a little dated, and decor not up to 4 star. Towels were rough and no bath mat. Pool noice carried to rooms. Had to call 5 times to complain about people yelling from the balconies.”

• The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
• The staff was not informed about the amenities and how to use them. There was dirt in debris in the elevator.

“One gets the feeling that this hotel is not being very well cared for by its owners. The staff was not informed about how the gold members should use the lounge (the doors had been re-keyed and the staff didn't know about it). There was a lot of dust and dirt in the elevator. It just seemed like it was almost abandoned even though it was still open for business. However, the room was very nice and clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Even in the path of the airport we couldn't hear any planes taking off or landing. That was very nice.”

• Beautiful building, excellent and spacious room, friendly staff.
• Too far from public transportation. Expensive cab ride.

“I really enjoyed my stay here, even if it was only one night. I would definitely come back. The location is a little further from the city than desired but is not too bad. I was hoping it was near public transportation but it's not really. Overall though, the room was excellent and bigger than expected, the staff was very friendly and the facilities were really nice.”

• Arranged a two room suite for my family.
• Parking is a long way from the door.

“The atrium is beautiful, the scenery is pleasant. You don't feel like you are at the airport. Staff was very helpful and accommodated our special requests (crib, joining rooms) Driveway entry and parking are difficult. There is nothing within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable and the lower level rooms have balconies which overlook the indoor pool.”

“The food was mediocre. The staff was mediocre. Everything about the hotel was mediocre. Everything went wrong on our stay. From the refrigerator they brought us to the phones not working in the room. They did their best to make things right for us but it was just a horrible time! We will not stay in a Marriott hotel again.”

• Great staff, clean hotel, nice room, good space and close to airport.
• Open areas and halls were too hot. Bath could use updating.

“Overall, it was a nice stay. I would recommend it to friends if they were passing through. Not recommended if you plan on sightseeing. For that, I would stay closer to downtown. The staff was terrific, and our friends who stayed elsewhere envied the service we received. We did not get a chance to try the restaurant. Pool looked very nice, but we didn't try it. Would have been great if they had a sauna.”

• A bit of a ride to get to the airport and nothing else around.

“Excellent hotel for a day conference or a quick overnight stay. Rooms and restaurant were good, staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing else close by, so it all has to happen in the hotel. Ride to airport is a few minutes, but not unreasonable for an airport hotel.”

“The hotel is definitely a 4 star. The room was big and comfortable. The pool and workout room were very nice. I was only passing thru Philly for one night, The location was convenient to the highway and the sports complex, but you are definitely outside of down town. There wasn't a safe in the room - no place to lock up the laptop, camera, phone and bipods.”

• The people at the front desk were very polite and the breakfast buffet was awesome.
• It took over 30 minutes to get picked up from the airport even with calling ahead.

“The hotel shuttle from the airport only comes around every 30-45 min. The personnel at the front desk were polite, but not very efficient. The shower did not work in our first room, so they moved us to another room and gave us free breakfast coupons. The breakfast was awesome. This hotel could be more efficient and for a four-star hotel, they need a remodel. Free internet was helpful.”

• TV was difficult to operate; room had no outdoor windows.

“The rooms were very comfortable and clean. This completely made up for the shortcomings which were that it was difficult to find and there were no windows to the outside. We had a window and balcony that overlooked another part of the hotel. The TV was difficult to operate.”

• Outside lighting very bad including sign.

“The outside lighting was very bad and the sign was very dim, resulting in my driving right past the entrance late at night on a one way street! The area does not appear to be that safe for travelers so I was concerned as it is not easy to return to the hotel due to the one way street and the swampy terrain.”

“I was under the impression this was a 4-star hotel. It was not. The room had a funny smell and we could not open a window for fresh air. It was also hard to access the hotel because the signage is hidden and the entry is unclear. We ended up making a left turn toward where we thought the driveway was and had to go all the way back to the airport and circle around on the freeway. We had a problem getting someone to take our bags down the next morning. The front desk person was very helpful however when we left something behind in our room. I would not stay at this hotel again.”

• They did not wash out the coffee cups. It was just like they investigated on 20/20. My lipstick was still left smeared on the cup.

“It was a nice hotel with nice staff. However it cost sixty dollars to travel back and forth to the stadium and to town. This made the price not worth it.”

• While the first room was awful the second one was nice.
• We were was first placed in a room with peeling paint and a live creature that kept scratching.

“Some of the rooms are disgusting, like the first one I was placed in-- peeling paint, stained carpeting, a mouse or other critter scratching incessantly. When I went down to the lobby to complain I was given a nicer room that did not have peeling paint, the carpet was fine and no creature scratching.”
