- Service was amazing.
- Hotel was in the middle of no where.
“The hotel was very nice but was not a 4 star except in service where it was 5 star. There is nothing around the hotel and it felt desolate. The pool was okay but there were dirty towels everywhere, the floor was dirty and I had to ask for clean towels to be brought out. The hotel staff were very nice and very accommodating. The airport shuttle runs very smoothly and they have several to accommodate large crowds.”

“Is that a really 4 star hotel?, I did not even stay at the hotel, that's how much I was embarrassed to meet business partners there. Went to have a appetizer and a cocktail, and the bartender was so rude and not professional, the staff really didn't want to be there.”

- The common areas and lobby were very elegant.
- The room did not have a mini fridge and the bathroom was mediocre.
“The room was okay but did not uphold the standards of a 4 star hotel. It was bland and much likes that of a 3 star hotel. There was no minifridge to keep our beverages cold, no minibar, and the room was very bland with a very bland bathroom. I remain as always, under whelmed.”

- The location is very hard to get to, A/C broken, nasty surroundings.

- Decor and atmosphere was nice, in so much that if Im in Philly again I will use this hotel.
- Room temperature was hard to regulate sometime.
“It was nice and attractive with comfortable rooms. It was close to the major interstate and was convenient to the different sites we had to visit. It had wireless internet connections in the room and lobby areas. Pool area was nice. We where within 3 miles to the hotel which may flight connections a breeze. It was also quiet and we couldn't even here the airplanes from the airport.”

- I like the way the room was staged. The only thing missing was a flat screen TV.
- The air conditioning was out of order. This made for a miserable nights sleep.

- Located far from city. Hot tub broken.
“This hotel is decent. However, it is 2-3 stars, no more. It has a business trip feel to it. It is near the airport, so you have to drive a little into the city (15 minutes). Really good breakfast buffet. Pool and hot tub are nice, but hot tub not working during our stay. Atrium is beautiful. Rooms are nice. Beds are comfy.”

- They have a copy machine and email for free use.
- This hotel has the policy of not changing the linens of the beds from one guest to another. It should be inspected and fined.
“What are the chances of finding dirty sheets in three rooms, on different floors of the same hotel. The staff tells you that the sheets are "not always ironed." This way, it takes you some time to realize that they are actually used, unwashed sheets. We found hair in the beds of three rooms! When, finally, we were given a room that seemed cleaner, we still found a stain (sticky, dry stain!) in the sheets. This hotel should be inspected and fined for reasons of lack of hygiene.”

- The staff was especially helpful in two main areas and the restaurant was very good with food and staff.
- The tub's drain was very slow and the HBO guide was not up to date.

- Although the bed coverings were new and stylish, the mattress seemed soft and old.
“A very nice hotel. The off-airport location in a business park is hard to find if you are driving. (In fact the entire airport area is a driver's nightmare. A dozen poorly marked roads defied even my expensive GPS.) The room was fine, and the staff very helpful. All in all, a very pleasant one-night visit, once the hotel was found!”

- The friendly and courteous staff was very accommodating.
- Unfortunately, every time that we have stayed in this hotel, our ventilation system continuously pumped chlorine smelling air into our room.
“We've stayed at this hotel several times and every time has been great. The linens are fresh. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The staff is always friendly. The only complaint we have is that the ventilation in the rooms is poor. When we come home, everything that we brought with us wreaks like chlorine. It all has to be washed even if it hasn't been worn.”

- Long walk from parking lot, not near anything of interest.
“Upon arriving the hotel shuttle buses had the entrance blocked with no apparent loading or unloading taking place. With bags in hand the automatic front doors were not working. As we approached the front desk with 3 employees doing nothing but talking together it took 30 seconds to be recognized. Back out to park the car and the parking lot was inconveniently laid out. The elevator worked and the room was okay. Just not what we have come to expect from a 4* hotel.”

- We thought we'd like the indoor pool, location (near friends). My husband stayed there before.
- No crib - they ran out? Guests left trays, trash in halls, not picked up till late morn. Indoor pool not clean. Breakfast just ok.
“It's an OK place, maybe even decent if you just stay in your room and you don't use the facility much. Very conveniently located near friends, and out of the way for a peaceful night's sleep. The room was alright enough, but they didn't have any more cribs? And, the indoor pool was really visibly dirty. (We didn't spend much time here, but I left disappointed.)”

“I'm a business traveler. My typical stays are at a Fairfield or a Hampton Inn, where both consistency and full amenities are provided at a single price. Everything beyond the room is nickel and dime. All ala carte selections, including internet access. Otherwise this is a nice property but the fleecing is getting old for a seasoned traveler.”

- Some mildew in grout but overall okay.
“I stayed at the Renaissance this past weekend and I had an excellent stay. Upon arrival to the airport, I called for a shuttle and it was there within five minutes. Lovely accommodations and great beds! The heater in my room was not heating properly and I called the front desk and they had maintenance there promptly. When they discovered it needed some repair, they immediately moved me to another room. The only negative was my service in the on-site restaurant. The hostess was very pleasant but my waitress never came to check on me therefore I couldn't leave a tip. But the breakfast buffet was great and the chef makes an outstanding omelet! Great staff, would stay here on my next trip to Philly.”

- Broken sink and light in the bathroom. Broken TV Hotel Not Even Close to 4 Stars.
“I've stayed at 2 star hotels that were better than this! Hotel staff was Very Friendly. But rooms were so beat up. We had so many problems they tried to give some of our money back but could not because of prepayment. Just choose a different hotel Definitely Not Worth It! There are Much Better hotels in this area for half the price.”

- Unique architecture for this area.
- The roof over the entrance that trapped the diesel fumes.

- Good front desk staff.
- The local restaurant they recommended was awful.
“Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Decent quality with clean rooms. About 20 mins from Downtown and 10 mins south of the airport. There aren't many options for dining nearby and nothing within walking distance.”

- The staff was amazing! I also loved the computer in Business Center that was just for electronic check in.
- No wireless in the room. I had to use the lobby (which was quite cold) or the Business Center (decreased privacy).
“The staff was amazing; going out of their way to accommodate. The bedding was wonderful and luxurious. The only thing that would have made it better would be coffee available for longer hours in the morning, or even a continental breakfast (also, a little tricky to find).”
