• The gentleman at the front desk remembered my room number, 6 hours after I checked in.
• Toilet ran all night.

“I would strongly recommend this hotel for travel in Philadelphia because it is only 3 short blocks from Broad Street (convenient) and it had sleep number beds (comfortable). It also has flat screen digital TV.”

“The hotel was great, very chic'. The major problem was that house keeping forgot to change my bed sheets. I never really look but Im glad I did this time. They came up and changed the sheets immediately when I called.”

• Location was great right in center city, close to all restaurants/bars.
• Sleep number bed remote only worked on one side of the bed.

“The Radisson met all of our needs for our Philadelphia stay. We needed to be close to the subway to get to the flyers game and we wanted to be close to the restaurants/bars for post game food and drinks and we were within walking distance to everything. All in all a great place to stay.”

• Safe location, available computer with internet.
• Worn, and stained carpet in the room, and I personally didn't care for the select comfort bed and would have preferred a regular mattress.

“In a safe, secure neighborhood, this hotel is good for both business and leisure travelers, although disadvantaged in proximity to the most significant historical sites to tour. It's an old building made nice with recent refurbishments, still revealing its age with sounds and light penetrating around the spaced edges of the original room doors, the antique elevator interior, the air control system within the rooms and the small, however nicely refinished baths. The staff was wonderful and patiently helpful in every way. The select comfort beds are a wild card; guests enjoy them or find them annoying. This bed feature was annoying for me but not reason enough to avoid future stays. On balance, I found this to be a very attractive, clean and safe hotel.”

• The room itself was great. More than I expected.
• The front desk staffs are terrible. My cc is still messed up.

“The hotel look is good. Some areas smelled like urine. The front desk staff put charges on my bill that were never explained to me. I am still fighting to get them off. Right now I do not have access to $203 of my own money. There are two holds for $75 each (one by mistake) and a $53 for parking I didn't do. I am still trying to get that resolved. I will never stay at that hotel again.”

• The quality of the room furnishings and the loud air conditioning.

“For the price I paid and the location, it was not bad. But, I cancelled my reservation for my next stay in Philadelphia. I had booked a regularly priced room, and definitely did not think it was worth the money. It was not a pleasant room, we did not have the "sleep number" beds, the bathroom was substandard with a very noisy toilet. All in all, I did not look forward to being in the room. We tolerated it simply as a place to sleep.”

• Uncomfortable mattress, clogged bathtub drain.

“Overall the hotel was great. It is centrally located to everything. The staff was really polite and helpful. The building is an old brick historic building with the marble lobby and player piano. Very elegant. There is a fitness center and upscale steakhouse on premises, as well as free internet. I was very pleased with the hotel we got for the price we paid.”

• I wasn't in love with the bed, but it was nice to try.

• The hotel was beautifully decorated, the staff was friendly and helpful, and was located within walking distance of excellent restaurants.
• No parking available except for a pay parking garage.

“This beautiful hotel Is located In the heart of beautiful downtown Philadelphia. The staff was friendly and helpful and always available with to help with even the smallest task, like recommending a restaurant or giving directions to one of the many places to visit. Our room was very clean and kept that way with very efficient housekeeping staff that went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room, on the 9th floor, had a beautiful view of the city, which we took advantage of by taking some gorgeous photos from out of the window. The hotel was decorated In a very classical manner with beautiful crystal chandeliers and even had a piano bar. The concierge was available to help with any questions we had about visiting the multitude of sites In Philadelphia and helped us to arrange some tours. The only regret we had was that we could only stay a couple of days. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to spend an enjoyable weekend In Philadelphia.”

• Plush bed, cool restaurant/bar that we could have stayed and hung out at!
• Bathroom was fairly small and somewhat dark.

• Parking was $28.00/night.

“The hotel is lovely. The traffic in Philadelphia makes it nearly impossible to use your car during your stay. Staff helped with mass transit schedules and locations. A word to the wise: Philadelphia is not the City of Brotherly Love - They have a huge homeless problem and they can be aggressive beggars. I also read that Philadelphia is now the murder capitol of the United States.”

• Paying for parking? $28/day!

“This hotel met all of our expectations and more. The beds and bedding were super comfortable; you got a flat panel (plasma?) huge TV and a renovated bathroom (that was a bit small). We were on the 12th floor and it was stunning. The furniture was a bit cheesy, as if it came from Target (you put it together yourself!) but overall the experience was a very good one. I did not appreciate paying for parking though.”

• Location and friendly staff. Valet parking and excellent attendants.
• Slow elevators. Room keys were cancelled before we checked out.

“Hotel was excellent and the staff and amenities were top notch. However, the hotel seemed to be undergoing renovations. The elevators were not working when we got there but the situation was immediately rectified. On our last day we were locked out of our room about 15 minutes before check out. This appeared to be a glitch that affected most of the guests. The front desk immediately corrected the situation.”

• The bathroom is not that clean. I don't t think that they even bother cleaning the coffee machine when they clean up.

“I got to my room and was surprised to see it had been used. The bed was made but rumpled, and the bathroom products had been used. Damp towels were in a pile on the floor by the tub. I didn't feel safe. I complained, and they gave me a nicer room, so I was content.”

• From the time we pulled up the bellman made us feel very relaxed after our long drive. He said the stress is over let us taken care of everything.
• When the elevator went to eighth floor and stopped. It bounced about 10 times.

“The Radisson Warwick Philadelphia is all about location, location, location. It was a perfect stay!”

• No Business center. And computer printer did not work.

“For great in-hotel restaurants and oversized rooms, this is the place. Construction on one side of hotel is an aesthetic distraction, but no noise effects. Great staff; they know what's going on in the City.”

• I hated the mattresses.

“The hotel room has select-number-bed mattresses and they were terrible. I couldn't sleep. I tried all kinds of numbers and it didn't work. The mattresses were worn out. Everything else was good, but I had such a terrible sleep for 3 nights on those mattresses that I would never stay there again.”

• Location was excellent. Public transportation readily available and inexpensive. Walking distance to restaurants markets etc.
• The rooms are clean but overall layouts of the rooms are not so nice. The door in my room was not seated properly allowing a lot of light into the room.

• The parking was very expensive.

“This was the ultimate downtown hotel experience -- and this in spite of the construction going on at the time. The service from the bell staff, to the front desk to the valet parking, to room service was impeccable. The choice of fine dining or the little cafe (with wireless internet) made this a wonderful hotel for a business traveler with her 12 year old son in tow. We both had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Even with parking at $30.00 per night, we received quite a deal! The downtown location adds a level of sophistication and provides everything from a drug store to shops and boutiques to a Barnes & noble within walking distance. Wonderful restaurants also in walking distance, but the hotel restaurants are also very nice. I can't wait to return, next time with my husband.”

• Somewhat dirty caulk in bathtub.

“The overall stay was fantastic. We will definitely come here again if time permits. I wish we had extended our stay. The room was very attractive and stylish. It was clean and comfortable. The king size bed gave us a very good nights sleep. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. On the negative side, the hotel hallway and lobby seemed a bit on the chilly side.”

“Friendly welcoming staff collected my bags as soon as the taxi pulled up outside & arranged an early morning cab to the airport for the next day. Hotel has nice common areas & very spacious rooms with flat screen TV and frees Wi-Fi. It's situated near shops, restaurants & scenic Rittenhouse Square as well as handy for various attractions. I loved this hotel!”

• The staff was so pleasant. The baggage clerk was so entertaining to our children and helpful to us as well as all the other staff.
• There was no pool. However, it looks like they are working on one on the roof.

“This hotel was much more than I had hoped. It is primarily the staff that made the experience for us. This is an older (historic) hotel and we prefer this type over the newer (modern) types. The room was quite large and probably had the same square footage of a suite. The baggage clerk entertained our three children while at the same time acquainting us with where to eat and what to do in Philly. We being from Oregon needed that introduction to Philly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone for leisure or business.”

“The only issue my husband and I had with the room was the sleep number bed. We were excited about experiencing and it was awful. We both (especially me) had two very uncomfortable nights of sleep. Otherwise, the room was modern and cool. Loved the flat screen TV. The common spaces were beautifully decorated and open.”

• Service and staff. Also, we received free complimentary access to their club lounge because our first hotel room was unsatisfactory.
• Parking was a bit of a hassle, but it was expected since the location of the hotel is in a busy city.

• Had to change rooms because first room not clean.

“Overall, I had a good experience with this hotel. Nice decoration, new updates & linens in the room. I had to request a change from the first room because the carpet had large dirt stain and there appeared to be some type of fluid splattered on the curtains. Things happen and staff was than accommodating to move me to new room as soon as possible. Great location. Parking non-existent other than $28/day garage, but that is par for the course in any major city.”
