• Lobby was lovely and inviting.
• Rooms were a little tired and could use updating. HVAC was not great.

“This is a nice hotel conveniently located in Rittenhouse Square area of Philadelphia - lots to do and see. Good for business travelers in that it offers free WiFi. Free water bottle in the room was a nice touch.”

• Excellent location, warm and cozy coffee shop, and comfortable beds.

“The hotel was in a great location - we could walk to a lot of sites and did not need a car; felt like we were in the center of activity. The coffee shop was very inviting - warm and cozy with great coffee and pastries. The bed was very comfortable (sleep # bed)”

“Ceiling above bath tub dropped down due to leak from above. Looked like it was almost ready to fall, so we reported problem to front desk. House keeping not 100% too. Did not realize it was pet friendly. Friends that stayed there complained about barking dog.”

• Location & price.
• Could not choose room arrangement in advance- high cost of parking.

“Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We could not choose a room with 2 beds when we realized our 18 year old daughter would be with us one night. (The center city Sheraton allows this.) In the end they did give us a roll-away bed, no charge, which would usually be $25/night. Sleep number bed was comfortable and the room was clean- cleaning staff didn't miss any details!”

• Much more value in amenities than I expected.

“This hotel is a great value. They really cater to their customers by going the extra mile in so many ways! The beautiful rooms have refrigerators and the on-site coffee house has a microwave for guest use. They have an on-site gym with a laundry room; complimentary water and apples! The restaurant/bar is fun and delicious!”

• Dirty room/ terrible valet parking/ nasty bathroom.

“It was a 2 star experience. The desk was sticky the bathroom dirty and a window in the bathroom opened easily and we were on the 6th floor. Nothing to stop a person except the ground below. Lousy toiletries.”

• Great location and restaurant!

“It was all we wanted and more, the room was as you would expect, even with the remote controlled mattress settings! The restaurant next door had a great jazz band, with people lining up to dance. The bar was very cheap, especially during happy hour! Probably the best hotel we stayed in during our East coast trip!”

“Everything about the hotel was great with one minor problem. While lying in bed I noticed a mouse scurry across the floor and under the dresser. When I looked under the dresser there was a dead mouse (which was definitely there for quite some time) in a trap under the dresser. The staff was very apologetic and offered to move rooms and gave me a free breakfast. I'm not the squeamish type so it didn't really bother me, but could see how this type of thing would really bother others. I don't want to alarm other potential visitors because I know this was definitely a fluke thing and the hotel was spotless other than that.”

• The location and the restaurant were great. The rooms were very clean also.
• When we got our car from valley there was a scratch and a small dent we didn't notice there before.

“Overall our experience was great especially for the price. We were located right in the middle of everything a visitor would want to be around. The food in the restaurant was great and didn't charge you an arm and a leg for room service. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

• Tavern 17 was Awesome. Room was great!
• The parking valet scraped the front valence of our car and did not tell us.

“The Radisson Warwick was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We loved the location, the accommodations, the restaurant. What a great weekend.”

• The sleep number bed was not comfortable!

“Overall, a very nice hotel. Classy lobby and location. The staff was great. We had to change rooms initially because the AC unit in our room was leaking water on the floor, but the staff handled it with no problems and got us into another room quickly. Fabulous shower. Our only complaint? The sleep number beds left both of us sore and unhappy. If we stayed here again, we would request a room with a regular mattress.”

• The bed was too close to the dresser and made it tough to maneuver around the room.

“This hotel was fantastic and very posh. We asked for two rooms for two couples and 3 children with no problems. I was concerned at first because I tried to call them to make special arrangements (bed type, getting adjoining rooms) and they said they couldn't do anything until check-in. I thought we would get treated like second class, but they were wonderful once we got there (didn't get adjoining rooms, but got the bed requirements). We didn't get a fridge (it costs a lot extra), but when I called to ask about a microwave (for our infant's food), they sent one up immediately and didn't charge for it. I called the concierge to ask about stroller access to a location and they checked into it and called us back within 1/2 hour (they obviously called the place we wanted to go to in order to find out). Very helpful! The fitness room was very easy to access and nice to use. The negatives: for us the bed was not comfortable. I'm sure it is a taste thing because it is a sleep number bed which you can pick the firmness/softness. We are used to our Tempur-pedic. The bed was too close to the dresser, so we couldn't maneuver a stroller around the room easily. The door on the bathroom didn't click shut so occasionally we were surprised by the door getting flung open by our curious daughter, but normally this wouldn't be an issue. Parking is very expensive, but that is a city-wide thing and not really the hotel's negative.”

• There was an old appliance left in the hallway for the duration of my stay (5 days).

• It was very conveniently located, the restaurant and bar was nice, staff very pleasant.
• The room was small but the bathroom size made up for this.

“We liked the hotel, would recommend it to others going to New York City. Two blocks from PENN Station was a real plus and we were very close to a subway entrance. We had everything we needed.”

• The garage was drab and the staff was not responsive.

“I had a great experience at this hotel. It met my every need. The renovation of this historic hotel had all of the modern conveniences that I desired. For example, the numerous electrical outlets with the computer hook up was outstanding. I especially liked the sleep number bed, the energy efficient refrigerator, the room safe, the complimentary water and daily newspaper. The robes added to my comfort. And of course the digital TV with the comforting screen cover was a blast.”

“If you are traveling with kids it is family friendly but no pool. We really missed having one, would be worth staying farther from town to have a pool and free parking. The hotel was super nice though and so was the staff. We took our kids and had no problem.”

“This is the first time we stayed at The Radisson Warwick Philadelphia. We were impressed with the friendliness of the clerk at front desk. The room was a little small but clean and nicely decorated with a queen size bed and big plasma HD TV. There was a safe and refrigerator in the room. The bathroom was kind of small but also clean and Zen style decorated. The hotel is less than a block from beautiful Rittenhouse Park which is surrounded by very good restaurants, shops, bars etc. This a very good hotel I would stay here again.”

“The Warwick is a hotel with a wonderful location, off of beautiful and bustling Rittenhouse Square, and close to restaurants, shops, and the PATCO rapid transit system. The lobby was beautiful and the staff was pleasant. I would recommend the Radisson Warwick to anyone. It is a lovely hotel.”

“This hotel is very nice. My husband and I went there for our anniversary. It was a nice classy hotel. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We slept like babies. The restaurant/bar in the hotel was very nice and upscale. The food and beverages were delicious. It is centrally located and in walking distance to many restaurants/bars. We would definitely stay there again in the future.”
