  • The room decor was very modern and unique. The beds were extremely comfortable.
  • Our GPS had a hard time navigating us to the hotel's entrance correctly.

  • The shuttle came every 1/2 hour to take us to the airport, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable.

  • Hotel information provided wasn't very clear.

“The hotel recently had some renovations done, all to the good. It was cute, compact and perfectly suitable for the needs of a business or casual traveler. There was free internet and a free bottle of water in the room as well as validated parking. All in all, that made this hotel a good value, especially as it was also about 5 minutes from the airport. The only thing that would have made my stay better would have been a continental breakfast, or some fruit I could grab on my way out in the morning. Other than that, it was a great buy.”

  • Bed was cozy, not a typical hotel hard mattress.

“Hotel was very clean, friendly, helpful staff. I went down to the lobby to purchase a tooth brush. They said that they would have one delivered to my room. When I got back up stairs (Less then 10 minutes it was there).”

  • Elevators were not functioning on the evening of arrival nor on the morning of departure; no room service after 10 PM; $6 parking fee per day.

  • Just the right size for my husband and I.
  • My room was not clean on the second day.

“ The staff was very friendly and help for for the most part. I was upset that my room did not get clean on the second night. I did tell the person a the desk. She said she will send up more towels. They never came. Otherwise I am happy with my stay and I will love to stay at the hotel again. I just would not stay there if I had kids because the room was not kid friendly. We had two rooms and they would not give us the rooms next to each other. ”

  • The people were friendly, the food was very good.
  • The decor was too Spartan (European) for our taste, but clean.

“The overall look of the hotel was very airport quick turnaround type of place. It had utilitarian type of furniture and the room was small. The restaurant was empty because it was too expensive. However, the food was really good quality.”

“This airport hotel was more than adequate for a one-night stay. The room was clean and adequately furnished, complete with a flat screen television. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, and the airport shuttle was one time (it runs on the half hour). Parking is an additional $6 per night.”

  • My room was next to elevator Motors. I was awaken several times by them!

“All the amenities of this hotel are fine, except the walls of my hotel room adjoined the walls of the elevators' motors. Every time an elevator was used, I was awakened.”

  • The pool was very nice, as well as the rooms. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The airport shuttle was great!
  • The breakfast buffet was over priced.

“This was a very nice hotel for the price. The proximity to the airport was great - the shuttle service made it very convenient. The kids enjoyed the pool area. The hotel staff was very courteous - which is not easy to find in Philadelphia! I would recommend it and would stay here again.”

  • Overbooked multiple guests.

“Everything appeared to be in order, but upon my arrival, it took 45 minutes for the shuttle from the airport to arrive (the hotel is literally within 0.5 miles of the airport). I was shipped (after another 20 minute wait for the absentee shuttle driver) 10-15 minutes away to what has to be the worst Holiday Inn I've ever seen. There was mold and mildew growing in the shower and the paint was peeling from the ceiling. I don't really have time to complain, as it's now 12:30 am and I have to be at the hospital @ 6:45 am. Now 4 points calls me and says their going to send the shuttle to take me to the hospital due to my inconvenience between 6 and 6:15. At 5:55 I'm tying my tie and they call to say the shuttle is out front. I throw my stuff together and am there at 6:03. Well the shuttle has now left! I call the 4 points supervisor who tries to hail the shuttle driver and can't find him. They promise he will be right back. 10 minutes later, nothing, I call them again, still can't find the driver (who carries a company cell phone). Thank God I told the front desk to call for a cab so that I was only 5 minutes late to my meeting. Who knows when they would have actually shown up?”

  • It was clean, convenient to the airport with shuttle service.
  • No restaurant, store, or bars nearby.

“The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. It is very easy to get to and from the airport and the hotel offers shuttle service. It is also convenient to the sporting venues. However, the restaurant was not open, do not forget any items, there was no store in the hotel and the bar is only open from 5:00 until 10:00 PM. I would give the hotel a "B".”

  • The room was well supplied & beautiful; very clean.
  • Construction. Desk staff girl rather unfriendly.

“For my needs, it was a treat of a room. Nice size & decor, but 1 old place. Furniture left in there (TV armoire) still reeked of old smoking in an otherwise perfect non-smoking room. Desk girl? She spit out her "repertoire" with no intelligible "personal"-its whatsoever. Felt very uncomfortable w/ her. But - room. Svc. Fell a - so sweet and friendly-wish I could have tipped him like Donald trump. It was a very nice stay with those 2 exceptions - you have a gorgeous room - get that 1 piece of furniture. Out and you have a perfect rm., and fire the desk girl (2/20/08 on duty around 3:45, 4p.m). She made me feel unwelcome.”

  • Renovations going on we were not aware of prior to arrival. Incontinent.

“The hotel was okay. The restaurant was closed and we had to walk a short distance to the Sheraton to find out they also are under renovations and the only place to eat was a make shift restaurant in a meeting room. It was rainy and cold and I didn't appreciate having to do this. We had no car so it wasn't an option to go somewhere else to eat. .”

  • They gave us a room with one bed, when I ordered 2 beds, but they quickly fixed the problem.

  • Air vent was dirty and not stable, smelled of cigarette, noisy customer no late night security checks in hallways, no room to hang clothes.

  • I most enjoyed the staff. They were kind, helpful, and new the surrounding area.
  • The parking lot is unconventional. Mostly everyone had to park away from the front of the hotel and walk to the front of the hotel.

“For the star rating, this hotel met my expectations. I had a king nonsmoking room. The room was small for the bed, the ironing board was stored behind the clothes hangers and there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Most of the two star hotels I have stayed in did. The parking lot is small and encompasses the side and the back of the hotel. Persons traveling alone have to be aware and come prepared for the elements as they will have to walk a bit to the front of the building. Overall, the bed was comfortable but the room and bathroom were small. For the price in the area, I would recommend this hotel for a business travelers or a brief stay.”

  • The waitress recommended the BBQ ribs and they were delicious.
  • A sea of airport hotels; a rather barren neighborhood.

“It was fine. The staff was pleasant and gave clear and accurate driving directions. The beds were very comfortable, the shower good; plenty of towels. The air vent was a little noisy in the middle of the night and I don't like the sink-in-the-bedroom style, but otherwise we had no complaints.”

  • Restaurant not able to open for lunch until 30 min late.

“We could not eat lunch; were told they were running 1/2hr.late due to heavy breakfast. The 'sister' hotel was recommended next door. We were the 1st guests for lunch. That restaurant was nasty: filthy floor w/dead roach in plain sight scum on tables/armchairs from previous meals, slow service (2 hrs from start=end)-staff standing around while we too waited.”

  • The front desk refund $25 because of my complaint.
  • The bath was not clean. Bath tile had mold.

“For the price compared to downtown Philadelphia this hotel provided an alternative. However the bath had mold on it and I was not comfortable taking a shower in it. No desk, just one long table that also served as a TV stand. The internet service was free, so that was a good thing.”

  • Couldn't find the ice machine and lack of adequate vending machines.

“The staff and restaurant really made the hotel. It's in an excellent location to visit other sites. The hotel met my expectations for its star rating. I was disturbed that there weren't adequate vending or ice machines available. Also, lost a item in my room that the staff can not find.”
