• Staff was great.

“Everything was great. The staff was excellent, and the free breakfast was amazing really can't complain, I would stay here again. Heated pool open until 1 am awesome.”

• There was absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel.
• Everything - there wasn't even toilet paper.

“I would never stay in this hotel again. The breakfast in the morning was so bad it was inedible. There wasn't even a toilet paper holder or toilet paper in the room! There was a spaghetti sauce stain on one of the comforters and one of the extra pillows was so incredibly filthy I was tempted to throw it in the hall. Not to mention neither extra pillow had a pillowcase. It was just down right bad.”

• I slept in that morning, and it was very quiet in the hallway.
• The hotel staff that checked me in did not seem like he knew his job very well.

• The staff was very friendly. It was very conveniently located to stores and restaurants and a short drive to cedar point.
• The rooms smelled slightly musty and their was mold in the bathroom that activated our sons allergies pretty bad.

“Overall the hotel was very comfortable and accommodating. It served our needs perfectly and was priced good. They need to look after a ventilation problem in their bathrooms and remove moldy shower curtains.”

• Paper thin walls heavy doors that shut fast.

“Was awful. Heard the people in the next room normal conversation. Beds too soft. No maid service our 2nd day. Heavy doors that would close quickly. Litter in hallways. Overall bad experience.”

• Met my expectations for the price I paid.
• Cleaning crew kept forgetting to replenish toiletries in the bathroom (shampoo, soap, etc).

• Location was close to major attractions.
• No elevator to 2nd floor of hotel.

“Room was okay, bathroom was the weak area. The shower tub was slow to drain. Requested twice to check drain, but request was not honored. Also, gave out of towels, and again, requested additional towels, only to be given extra "bath mats"!”

• This hotel was convenient to Cedar Point. It was clean and the facility was well maintained.
• It met expectations.

“This hotel provides a clean, safe, convenient place to stay to sleep and take a shower after a day of riding at Cedar Point. The continental breakfast consists of cereal, bagels, muffins, juice, coffee, milk, and fruit in a small room with tables.”

• Two twin beds would have preferred one king/queen.

• They were doing some remodeling but made sure we were not bothered by it.
• There were not many guests the night we stayed but it was a Monday before peak season.

• Very clean and well maintained.
• Room small and basic.

“A very nice, adequate hotel. Well maintained and clean which is probably most important in my priorities. Room was nothing to write about, just your basic room, although there was a refrigerator in it which was nice. Well located with many shops and restaurants close by. Would definitely return.”

• The room was very clean; the Jacuzzi added a great touch.
• No high speed Internet although it was listed as an added benefit.

“Overall, my stay was nice. My kids loved the pool. It was nice after a longs day trip. The staff at the front desk was not aware that we went through an Internet website for our stay. So we almost had to pay for our hotel 2 times. The continental breakfast was very nice, although a little cramped. High speed Internet access would have been nice, as advertised. But it was not available in our room.”

• The breakfast was good.
• Food particles and lint on floor, used soap in bathroom, wet pad of paper on table, no clock in room, staff not dressed professional.

“I would not stay here again. I'm not sure if my room was cleaned before I came. A room 2 doors down was wide open and blankets were on the floor. Maybe housekeeping quit in the middle of their job? There were young girls at the front desk. When I was ready to check out I waited for quite awhile and finally a girl came out of the office who looked like she had been crying.”
