• Clean rooms that appeared recently remodeled.
• Confusion at check out regarding payment.

• Not up to holiday inn express standards of other ones.

“This Holiday Inn location does not meet the other standards of other holiday inn express location I have stayed in the past while it was comfortable and the staff was great and it is above the lower priced motels by far. I would not stay at this location in the future as I am well use to more modern facilities from Holiday Inn express.”

• The room was clean and a bit larger than I expected. Great for sharing with my friend.
• Some of the staff was friendly and others were not!

• It was convent to the location I was traveling.
• Tried to call hotel several times to confirm, no answer.

“Room very comfortable, slept great with no outside noise to contend with. Free breakfast was excellent. Staff very quick to attend to my requests.”

• Assessable, clean, several amenities, comfortable, not far from shopping and business area.
• Elevator very slow and not great accessibility to motel from back parking lot.

“Breakfast average, cleaner and more comfortable than 95% of the motels I have used in the past. Several free amenities (i.e. sodas, bottled water, popcorn, cookies) as well as microwaves, refrigerators and computer access. Price good for this quality of motel. I have been in more expensive motels without the cleanliness and comfort of this motel.”

• They honored their cancellation policy.
• The pool was out of order, that was the reason we went.

• The rooms had microwaves/refrigerator. nice for family.
• Nothing.

“Was very pleased with this hotel. the continent breakfast was great and had lots to choose from. the rooms had microwaves w/a bag of popcorn and refrigerator with complementary soda and water.”
