• Starbucks right next door.
• The pitch black really long hallway on the way to star bucks. scary!

“There were a couple of pubic hairs in the floor of the bathroom, but otherwise the room was clean and nice. would definitely stay there again.”

• It was a nice comfortable hotel with fluffily pillows. Staff was polite.
• I liked just about everything from what I can remember.

• The desk clerk was very professional & efficient.
• Alarm clock in empty room next door rang at 6:00 AM & woke us up.

“The parking lot was safe with guarded security. An alarm clock in an empty room next door woke us up at 6:00 AM and rang for 2 hours before I was forced to get up and call the desk. It was very annoying. The bathroom counter and bathtub/shower was not sparkling clean.”

• The front desk-very nice!
• All was perfect!

• No pool, but you can use the one next door.

• At check in the registrar took the time to make sue each person in line to check in or out was happy and had good service.
• The toilet had running water all night. I told the front desk in the morning.

“My room was clean. The front desk staff was above average, and focused on good service. Breakfast was good. I didn't leave hungry. The hotel is just an easy drive to the university. I would consider staying there again.”

• Front desk lady was nice-tried to give us our $ back since we didn't even stay the night there!
• There are no amenities! No pool, Jacuzzi, no large tubs in the rooms.

“They spent all their $ on the outside of the building & nothing on amenities! No pool, little bathtubs in the rooms, no DVD players or VCR's, no Jacuzzi¿s, boring exercise rooms, ping pong table with no paddles or balls. Best of all a crap smear in the toilet when we arrived!”

• Comfortable room and fine breakfast.
• We couldn't get another night added to our original request.

“We made our reservation for a room for us and one for our brother and his wife. Then we tried to add the previous night just for us at the same rate and were not able to accomplish that through computer or phone. What we got was great but wishes we could have the additional night.”

• Nice and clean, good location from where I had to go.
• At first, clerk did not want to give me a later check-out time. (45 minutes).

“I had a pleasant night stay. Hotel was clean. Friendly, and in a good location. Continental breakfast was nice. I will recommend this hotel to friends.”

• I liked the pillows and the comfortable mattresses.
• There was dust on the pictures and the pop machines broke down and were down all night.

• The bedding was great and room was modern and clean.
• Front desk staff person was rude to others and not knowledgeable.

“This is a very clean, comfortable hotel. The bedding is great, rooms are modern, it's in a convenient location and the breakfast was good. The front desk staff person was a bit rude and unfriendly, but I hope that was just an isolated incident.”

• Dirty bathroom ,no bath towels and no remote control in room water standing in the floor.

“We first had to go get the TV remote from front desk then I took a shower got out no bath towels we called the front desk we never got them we went and got them then there was still water all over the bathroom floor the next morning. They did give me points for a free room next visit. I was not happy with them there was no manager on duty that night or the next day.”

“Clean room and bedding. Friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to friends. We felt it was a bit pricey to bring a small dog that was caged. We have stayed at other hotels with our dog and it was much cheaper. Overall, it was very nice.”

• During our stay they put in new mattresses.
• Windows don't open; no outside ventilation possible.

“Overall in good condition although the carpet throughout appeared somewhat soiled. A good continental breakfast with a number of food choices including hard-boiled eggs and bacon.”

“Easily accessible from freeway and within 15 minutes of local attractions, this facility could easily be a 3 star rated and the "continental" breakfast was a surprise! Bacon, cheese omelet bagels, muffins cinnamon rolls, cereals, yogurt, etc and all arraigned invitingly in a pleasant and clean environment Would strongly recommend.”

• The hotel offered a free breakfast.
• Soda machines were broken. Coffee maker in our room was dirty & the tray was soiled with dried coffee.

“The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was clean, with the exception of the coffee maker and surrounding area. I did notice that the elevator inspection certificate was expired. Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was OK.”

“Our stay at the holiday inn was nice. I liked that there was plenty of free parking... you have to pay at the downtown hotels. The breakfast was great for a continental breakfast and there was plenty of seating. The rooms were nice, clean. I'd stay here again.”

• easy to get to and check in, room nice and clean
• no acess to the pool at the Crown Plaza via the hotel-you have to go outside.

“Hotel easy to get to from I-55. Staff friendly. Checkin was fast. The room was very clean. There is free use of the hotel pool at the Crown PLaza next door-but it would be nice if there was some kind of indoor acess to get next door. You have to walk outside.”
