“The hotel staff was not helpful or nice and for a brand new hotel the rooms were dirty. There were black hand prints on the walls and we were there for 2 nights and they didn't vacuum the floor during our stay. They only gave you 3 pillows on the bed and we had to beg for wash cloths.”

• Good location close to major highway and downtown.
• Very inexpensive and light bed linens.

“Location is very close to a major highway and less than three miles from downtown and Dickson Street. Very clean and the beds were comfortable, but the bed linens were very light and inexpensive.”

• The food was good. Staff was friendly.
• Pool was down 3 days. Not their fault.

“Our stay overall was excellent. Generally, the staff was very friendly. Some were short and borderline rude, though. We accidentally left a phone charger and called for it after we got home. They said it was not here. I got the impression they did not want to search.”

• Filthy room, bad smell, holes in carpet, rude staff.

“Motel 8 is like the Ritz-Carlton compared to Country Suites. The room smelled had holes in the wall, holes in the carpet and seemed dirty. In addition, a maid walked right in our room without knocking while my husband was undressing. I asked her if she had ever heard of knocking, and she laughed at me! This was one of the worst stays ever.”

• It is fairly new and convenient to the University of Ark.
• It was in a location hard to get out of because on no traffic light onto the busy side street.

“This is a comfortable hotel with an indoor pool and workout room. The room was clean and everything seemed family new.”

• Nice breakfast and clean rooms.
• The fitness room was totally out of order. There was no hot water in the hotel and our nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. The movie feature was broken.

• Some of the people were polite but not real friendly.

“I thought it was very clean and quite which meant a good nights sleep. I will stay there again if I go back to Fayetteville.”

• Neat, Clean and comfortable- exceded my expectations.

“We had two rooms- both were excellent, very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Fayetteville area. It exceeded my expectations. Great value.”

• I can't.
• Poor quality, I got ripped off!

“Small and in a crappy part of town not near anything, the beds are very poor and the whole construction of the building was poor, you could hear the floor shake when you walked around your room, I have stayed in much nicer for lots less. This experience has been bad! You should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope you made a good margin on my stay because there won't be another.”

• It was cozy.
• The intersection leading too it was dangerous.

“The hotel was pretty new, but the room was a little dated. The sheets were not that great and the pillows Hilton. But on the other hand the bed was very comfortable which made up for it. This was definitely a business traveler hotel. And the internet in our room didn't work.”

• Breakfast was dismal and under stocked; I was charged again at the hotel.

“Convenient western-Fayetteville location (although a stoplight would make access easier). Just a short 1-mile freeway jaunt to a major street with all services including the Univ. of Arkansas and ample shopping. Quick access to downtown.”

• Breakfast and clean with two queen beds.
• Access to pay movies was complicated.

“The hotel was very new, clean and the staff was friendly. It was in a good location not far from downtown or the University. We appreciated the two queen size beds and the room had a microwave and fridge. The breakfast had a good selection of cold and hot items. My son loved the eggs and sausage! The pool was an adequate size and well taken care of. We would definitely stay there again.”

• very clean and new hotel. room wasn't ready but she tried to find something
• needed a double non smoking and they only had a King , smoking. The room was clean but smelled awful
