• It was a good room.
• I think all rooms should have an iron as a necessity.

“It was a great convenient place for me espcially for the area were I was going. The person at lobby when I checked in was friendly. It's placed at a convinient spot close to restaurants and stores at a great price.”

• Friendly house keepers.
• Managers not showing good business skills or communication skills.

“The housekeepers are very friendly, but as for the managers. They make you believe that their hotel is the best that you can stay at.”

• Air conditioner unit worked but appearance was shabby.

• The location was good.
• Did not care for the place.

“Room layout is poor, no light at desk. Lacked enough shampoo/soap for 2 people. Room was dusty, smelled of smoke. Housekeeping left refrigerator unplugged, all my things were defrosted, warm. The staff apologized but did not offer replacement or discount. Poor lighting in our room, had to unplug a floor lamp as turning it off it still blinked off and on. Not normal light bulbs in the lamps. Night stand light bulb was hanging off the lamp (the bulb and the socket). Fire hazard, poor wiring in the room, microwave and fridge all plugged into one socket, on a non-appliance extension cord. Decaf coffee not available in the room, not enough cups were provided, nor sugar, sweetener and coffee creamer. Cups were SMALL. Room was noisy when neighbors ran their shower, we couldn't talk to each other until that water stopped. I would not recommend this place nor will I ever stay there again.”

• Staff was very friendly and helpful.
• The wireless Internet was only accessible near the front of the hotel.

“This is a good place to get some rest, but not a destination in itself. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The property could use some clean-up and improvements. Check-in and check-out was a snap with friendly staff ready to assist.”
