• There wasn't enough closet space.

“It was clean, there were more than enough towels. The room was clean and it also had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.”

• Free breakfast, microwave and fridge in room.
• Got rid of the eggs they used to provide during breakfast.

“I was happy with this hotel this time. I had a horrible experience staying here last. I only gave it a second chance because I was not with my family this time. It turned out fine. There was someone smoking though that the employees could not locate. It would have bothered me more if I had my kids with me.”

• People using Ice machine (right accross the hallway by our room) in middle of night.

“It's being renovated. It should look better once it's finished. The pool is little too small.”

• Dirty, rooms.

“Very dirty rooms. Probably the dirtiest rooms I've stayed in. I did not want my kids to even touch the floors.”

• Close to a lot of places.
• The room is too dark. not enough light.

“Overall, the location of this hotel is pretty good. Close to living desert, the river, less than 10 mins to casino and the aerial tram is only 30 mins away.”

• Location and over all set up was fine.
• In room carpet was stained.

“Overall, good hotel and location. Price was more than what I thought this hotel room was worth, though I would not be averse to staying at this chain again.”

• The complimentary breakfast was excellent.
• You could hear other people in their rooms, TV's and talking.

• Location and parking were excellent.
• The "advertised" wireless service was largely inoperable and the staff on hand had no knowledge of internet or wireless protocol so were of no help.

“It was ok except for the lack of internet service they advertised, and which my choice was based on. Staff was of no help in this arena, although they were friendly and tried to be helpful.”

• I liked that I had a small patio area to ourselves.
• We arrived early and needed to check-in (but did not require a room or key). They would not allow us to ck in early without charging a half-day.

“The hotel room was clean and the hotel offered a nice breakfast to get you started for the day. A good deal for the price paid.”

• It was neat, clean and staff was friendly. The area was secure and very comfortable.
• Nothing.

“The breakfast provided was more than the expected help yourself quality and choices. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and quick to serve our needs.”

• Dirty Iron ruined my co-workers shirt.

• Not much due to the room we were given!
• We received a handicap room which we do NOT order!

“Their failure to give us the room we ordered was deeply disturbing. The handicap room had many problems of which the lack of a bath and size of the shower affecting us greatly.”

• I would not return until or unless Fox News Channel is available.

“A fine property with competent staff. For a business traveler it is essential there be a choice of national & international news hotel has local Fox affiliate, and all staff I spoke with thought it was the same as the FNC national channel. If a property offers CNN it should also offer FNC and probably MSNBC and Headline News as well!”
