• Great beds, sheets, pillows and
  towels. It was very clean.
• Pool was right across from front desk.

• Quiet central courtyard with decorative fountain.
• Moderate street noise from outside room.

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice furnishings, large LCD TV, and above average coffee in the room. Included breakfast was average, but central courtyard was quiet place to sit and enjoy it.”

• Room was clean with microwave, fridge, and personal items. Good breakfast.
• Bed was a little firm for my taste.

• Located on Coast Hwy. numerous restaurants/bars surrounded location easy walking distance.
• Traffic noise had to be drowned out by AC at all times; floors needed vacuuming/swept.

“Staff friendly & courteous. Price for room too high for what you received. Close to numerous restaurants/bars to satisfy all pallets & price ranges; very easy to walk to them. Easy access to several yacht brokerages or charter vessels. Hard to pull across three westbound lanes of Coast Highway traffic due to the rudeness of drivers in too much of a hurry to go no where in daylight hours, yet very easy to find or pull into parking lot coming from the East. Noisy all the time due to Coast Highway traffic, so had to utilize AC 24/7 to lessen the impact of traffic noise; plus ear plugs assisted to quiet things down to sleep. ADA compliant both floors. Continental breakfast good to start off day. Would I stay here again, yes due to location to conduct business or easy drive to beaches.”

• Perfect location for us; it was a fantastic hotel.
• Funky eggs, biscuits and no gravy.

• Great location, Clean, breakfast and internet included.
• Beds not the most comfortable, exercise room small and limited.

“Great value in an expensive district, Safe to stay with family. Free breakfast and internet a definite plus. The queen beds were actual queen beds and not just full. The mattress was a little firm. Over all a decent place for the money.”

• Centrally located, clean, safe, modern, good value for the area.
• I stayed in a downstairs room and could hear the guests walking around upstairs, but it didn't keep me from sleeping.

“I would highly recommend this hotel; it was great for my business stay. Staff was friendly and happy to assist. Located close to a Starbucks and a good selection of restaurants. Room was comfortable, with a pleasant modern decor; everything was clean and functioned well. I would stay here again.”

• Great breakfast.
• Toilet paper=tree bark.

“Great breakfast setup well tended to. My only complaint was the toilet paper in the bathroom: just like tree bark. I expected better from the hotel. This was the only negative.”
