• Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, pretty good breakfasts! Bed was very comfortable.

“I would stay here again. We were in Green Valley for a reunion with ladies we have not seen in 40 years. It was a very convenient location.”

• Had a ready list of near by places to eat with directions.
• I would have liked a more nutritious breakfast offerings.

• Convenient location.
• Did not have the things that were advertised.

“There was no coffee pot in the room as advertised when I called and asked for one they stated they would bring one right over, they never showed up. There is never anyone to answer the phones if you call from outside of the hotel.”

• Quiet, comfortable, and has excellent continental + breakfast.
• Our room was farthest distance from elevator, second floor. Wife smelled smoke in mattress non smoking room.

“Hotel was acceptable for price given. Great breakfast, clean and quiet. All outside parking was not covered with security lights. This location is less than 50 miles from Mex. border.”

• 1 pillow out of 4 was soft enough to actually sleep on.
• Cleaning staff was loud in hallways, breakfast was terrible.

“If you enjoy high crab breakfast with watered down juices then this is the place for you.”

• It had electricity and water.
• Dirty ashtrays, cheap furniture, filthy carpets, bad food.

“Never stay at this hotel. It's a compete ripoff. The entire place smacks of deperate, cheap, corporate thinking to get away with as little as possible for the most amount of money.”

• The breakfast buffet is great. The French toast and boiled eggs are tastey.
• We asked the front desk 3 times to fix the ironing board or replace it. It never got done!

“This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. The location is convienent to I-19. There are two other hotels in town. The Bestwestern does not have a whirlpool or breakfast buffet. It is in the best interest of every traveler to Green Valley to stay at the Holiday Inn Express.”
