• A resort-style hotel with great amenities.
• Nothing.

“A comfortable, upscale 3 star hotel on the edge of Tuscon up against the mountains. Great pool/hottub area in a mature landscaped courtyard. Wonderful patio grill and restaurant. Fresh fruit in the lobby. Friendly staff. We wish we could have stayed there a week! Very relaxing.”

• Could stand a bit of upgrading.

“Great location (for us, easy access, rooms fine, breakfast area dark - bulbs either out or not turned on. Concierge didn't know address of Radisson North in Phoenix, our next stop, and had a difficult time finding it.”

• The sleep number bed was a nice accomodation.
• The cleaning staff uses the same elevators making the wait times long.

• I was staying alone with my kids, it was clean and safe. The grounds are beautiful.
• The beds are the sleep number beds. I could not find my perfect number. I find those beds are not my favorite, but not all rooms have them,

• Happily changed our room when heat didn't work well in the first room.
• The brunch left a lot to be desired; cold and overpriced. Not a good value.

“Great location. Room was wonderful; loved the suite and layout. Landscaping very nice; if we were there longer the courtyard/pool area would be very conducive to relaxing.”

• It was close to the event we were attending.
• It was old.

“It was close to our event. The employees were execellent. They were very helpful, friendly and attended to every need. The hotel was just old and needed a little update. The rooms were very large and had everything you need. We do not have complaint about anything. All in all it was a nice trip.”

• Courtyard and pool area are beautiful. They are well kept and peaceful.
• I couldn't get a fork at 3 in the morning. Sheets on the bed were a little rough.

The room was very clean and with a separate living area and bedroom with two TV's it affords excellent privacy for late night TV watchers. I enjoyed my stay.”

• Noisy basketball by neighbors until 10:30 PM.

“It is clean and the staff is adequately friendly. It is showing its age and the noisy surrounding area is a distraction to the business traveler. A charge for breakfast was annoying in contrast to the Doubletree and Embassy Suites where I also stayed this trip.”

“This is my favorite hotel to stay at in Tucson as far as the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. The only thing I do not like is the extremely poor Internet access. Radisson charges $5.00 a day, and the connection is poor. Trying to conduct business online, while staying at this hotel is difficult, because of the inconsistent connection.”

• Room service was excellent. Room was excellent for the price.
• Parking was limited and the only one of four elevators worked. Bathroom needed renovation.

“Overall a good value but needed maintenance. Three of the four elevators did not work and most guests were taking the stairs rather than trying to find the working elevator. Halls to room are outdoors like a motel, too, so dress for the heat when hoofing it to your room because you won't feel the A/C until you open your room door.”

• Friendly staff, beautiful landscaping, large suites with 2 sinks areas.

“The Radisson Suites was a very attractive hotel. The suites are large with 2 separate sink areas, one with the tub and toilet and one outside the bedroom. The living room was large. Entire suite was very clean. The landscaping was very attractive with tall palm trees. We enjoyed our stay very much.”

• The Raddison was like home away from home, the staff was extremely friendly, eveyone we met.
• I wish they had a continental breakfast, just something simple would be great.

“It was great having a "living room area" and a "bedroom area", especially when you have kids. It was very clean inside, housekeeping were very friendly. The fridge, microwave and coffee maker were nice additions to the room, defenately nice to have. We were very pleased with our experience. My only complaint is the receipt we received, It needs to explain the charges instead of just grouping the charges together.”

• House keeping staff were very attentive and efficient.
• Food was terrible, service was bad. Dishes on the floor outside my room for two days I called to tell them.

• Pretty grounds, great restaraunt
• Broken tv in bedroom, had the non-remodeled rooms, couch very uncomfortable

“Love the hotel, we were diappointed in the room that had because the tv did not work and the room had not been remodeled like the rest of the hotel rooms. The couch was very uncomfortable, staff very accomidating and kind. Restaraunt delicous & we highly recommend it!”

• Nice pool, nice spacious rooms.

“When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk agent claimed they gave our room to someone with the same last name. We had to wait while they tried to sort it out. They never did really resolve the problem but gave us a room. Overall the hotel was satisfactory but the experience of them 'losing' our reservation was disconcerting.”

• The pool and jaccuzzi layout was fantastic!
• The continental breakfast was not complimentary

“The room was great, and the overall layout was quite refreshing from other hotels.We found the prices for the breakfast meal a bit high. Who wants to pay $4.00 for an order of toast?!! Other than that, the hotel was nicely laid out and the service was excellent.”

“There were two burned out light bulbs when I checked in. There was a wet spot on the bedroom floor! The carpet was filthy. The room itself was located next to housekeeping and directly across from the ice machine, soda machine and elevator. Fortunately, there was no elevator noise because the elevator was broken. The room was shabby and dreary. Housekeeping left trash on the bathroom counter. ”

“Hotel staff was great. Front dest staff was able to point me in the direction of a nice venue for client entertaining. The room, however, had a few problems. the mirror had the remains of graffiti on it and the door lock did not work.”

“We only had 2 complaints. First, the elevator was broken the whole time we were there. We were on the 2nd floor so it was not too bad, but I felt really bad for those on the 3rd and 4th floors. The other thing is the toilet paper and tissues were like sand paper! I have not had that bad of paper products even at a much less expensive hotel.”
