• The staff was very attentive to all of our needs, very friendly and clean.

“My husband & I traveled with our son and his family, our stay here was more than we expected, the staff is the best, very courteous and pleasing, they make you feel like family. Rooms are very spacious and clean, we stayed 3 nights. We will be staying here again on our next visit to Jacksonville.”

• Great service, comfortable room, safe lot, nice breakfast.

“Great service, comfortable room, safe lot, nice breakfast. There are a few hotels at this intersection of the interstate but this one has the safest lot and it is convenient to a Panera Bread Co., a drive through Starbucks, as well as a good many other stores and places to eat within a half mile radius. All staff members were helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and equipped with a DVD player. Breakfast was self serve, but it was hassle free and yummy. Pre made gourmet coffee, fresh bagels, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, eggs, bacon, and sausage in addition to the waffle maker they had available. A staff member also greeted you at the walkway to the breakfast area, assigned there exclusively to assist patrons. Bottom line: my husband normally hates staying in hotels but he was very pleased. Trust me, that says a lot.”
