• Location was great.
• Common areas were under construction.

“If you are going to the University of Alabama, the location cannot be beat. The only problems we had were do to the massive construction of the hotel. You had to walk through a major construction zone to get to elevators. Fitness center was closed due to construction. Once the construction is finished, it will be a great place to stay. Staff is great to try to make up for the mess.”

• Great pillows cushy beds.
• Being renovated, no gym.

• Clean, friendly staff, convenient location to University of Alabama.
• Fire alarm went off due to malfunctioning sensor at 3 and 5 AM.

• If visiting unit of Alabama campus, this is your best choice.
• Cramped bathroom.

“Great location. Staff was extremely helpful. Would only stay at this location the next visit we make to university of Alabama.”

• Within a mile of all bema athletics.
• Not really worth the price.

“Overall it was a good stay and close to everything important in Tuscaloosa but the price is a little high for me and I will be opting for the cheaper, but just as nice hotel next time.”

• Nice lobby.
• Very loud and noisy.

“This was the absolute worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. There was so much noise in the hallways and right outside of our room. We were locked out of our hotel several times from teenagers running around messing with the doors. We made several calls to the front desk regarding the noise, but nothing was ever done about it. There were kids running up and down the halls screaming all night, with no respect for others that were staying in the hotel. We paid over $100 a night to stay there, and it was absolutely not worth it. I would never stay there again!”

• Nice room and amenities.
• At check-in at 3:30 in the morning, we had already called to let the hotel room.

“At check-in at 3:30 in the morning, we had already called to let the hotel know that we would be very late and when we arrived the check-in rep named Courtney was very rude. He continued with his rudeness the entire time.”

• Great beds! Thick, soft matresses, lots of pillows
• No foam pillows available, tough if allergic to feathers.

“Beautiful lobby area. Great location, right on hte U of A campus, central to everything. big rooms. Looks newly renovated. Very helpful staff.”
