• Convenient, safe, easily locatable.
• Unbelievable, the amount of time it took to check-in. Only one person in front of me. Staff makes phone the priority.

“Safe, friendly, convenient, but don't look for over and above. Very disappointed by the amount of time it took to check-in at 10:30 at night. Tired, weary business travelers don't need to wait around for 1/2 an hour waiting on keys to their room.”

• Front desk was very nice.
• Someone had dogs and the hotel did catch it and made them leave.

• Friendly atmosphere and VERY QUIET!
• The clerk seemed to be on duty alone in the afternoon.

“The hotel was very clean and the atmosphere was very friendly. Best of all was that it was quiet and we were able to rest.”

• Breakfast was very good-desk clerk/breakfast staff nice.
• Beds uncomfortable...hairs on coffee pot tray! Toilet not clean enough.

“The appearance of the hotel was fine. The beds made noise every time someone turned over. The mattresses were hard and the pillows were not soft. The bathroom left a lot to be desired as to cleanliness. I personally cleaned with disinfectant wipes. The breakfast staff were gracious. The breakfast food was good and the selection was great, including waffles that one could make oneself.”
