• Awesome bus drivers.
• No hot tube.

“I was nervous to stay at this hotel due to it's location. But the staff was great, they even took us to our destinations for free with their van so that we did not have to get a cab. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

• Great room, nice flat screen, and
  clean.

“Restaurant looks into pool, there is barely any sun coverage at the pool, no good for laying out. No balconies. No view really. More of an industrial part of town; however very close to Tropicana field and expressway. It really is a fabulous hotel and really no major complaints except for where the pool is located and lack of sun/privacy at the pool.”

• Beds were very comfortable.
• Nothing to hold on to in the bathtub.

“Everyone was very friendly. Room was fairly clean, but the ice machine was broken, the drink machine was out of water (went to three floors for ice and water and finally went to desk), housekeeping left no creamers for morning coffee and the bathroom floors weren't swept. Ended up running into the concierge and told her about the cream and the ice/water situation. Was very apologetic but didn't do anything about it.”

• Made a request for more coffee/creamer, maid wrote it down but failed to bring more when she cleaned the room.

• The rooms were comfortable and luxurious.
• It was under renovation so there was dust everywhere, the elevators were messy, and there was no restaurant.
  

“We had stayed in this hotel previously and it was great. So, when we came back this time we were expecting some of the same even though we knew it was under construction. But the construction was more extreme than we anticipated. The first night we were there the desk clerk and the other staff were great. The next day the desk clerk was rude and not helpful. We asked her for directions and she said she didn't know and then turned away, without offering us any assistance in how to get directions, etc. I would recommend more information to potential customers on the nature of the construction, so they won't be disappointed.

“Nice hotel better than a normal 3 star but kind out of the way. It would be great if you needed to fly out of the St. Pete airport. Further away from Downtown than I had expected.”

• It was being remodeled and my room was not completed.

• Hotel was spotlessly clean.
• Nothing for children to do. Not close to anything. Staff not very helpful.

• Location, somewhat isolated.

“This hotel was very clean, nicely decorated and had many amenities. The rooms were large, nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable. Rooms were arranged in suites with great security. We ate in the restaurant which was delicious.”

• Great beds (Sleep Number).
• No amenities at all near the hotel; must drive to restaurants and conveniences.

“Very nice, clean rooms with Sleep Number beds. The air conditioner was noisy (no central air) Three dollar a day parking is a ridiculous add-on. Location not convenient to anything at all.”

“Comfortable room with free internet. Great for business travelers and those wanting a nice quiet hotel near the St.Pete's/Clearwater airport. The downside is the lack of restaurants nearby, though their in-house restaurant is quite nice.”

• Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Hotel staff person made excellent suggestions of restaurants and sites.
• Outdoor pool was at the front of the hotel beside the restaurant and bar. There was not a hot tub.

“Excellent hotel. This was our first visit to St. Petersburg and the hotel added to our trip to make it a wonderful experience.”

• Convenience to highways getting us to Tropicana Field; main point of our trip.
• Not conveniently near selection of restaurants or any other sights or activities.

“Did not use pool, restaurant or any amenities, to be fair only used room and walked through lobby. On site restaurant was way too expensive to eat at. Was clean, comfy bed, no complaints with accommodations. Only real complaint was no room service for breakfast was available, which is a tradition and highlight hubby & I always look forward to when traveling. Was a convenient drive to Tropicana Field, point of our trip. But hotel is in middle of a business zone, so walking to any restaurants or sight-seeing activities is out. Hotel was a good driving distance away to any tourist activities/ local attractions.”

• Nearness to the Petersburg airport.
• Staff, with the exception of 4 workers, was unfriendly.

“We arrived early and were allowed to check-in upon arrival. The room we were given was a handicapped room, and it did not have the sleep number bed as was advertised by the hotel. The room was clean but hot. Because of the lay out of the rooms, we could hear other patrons coming and going much more loudly than we should have. The food in their restaurant was overpriced and of average taste. We had two meals in the restaurant, but decided we would rather order take out pizza hut than go back to the restaurant. The worst issue with this hotel was it was near nothing! We had no transportation, so we were basically "stuck" except for taxi service until our flight. I would not stay at this hotel again.”

• It is located right off the interstate.
• The commode kept backing up even after it was supposedly fixed.

“Great for the business traveler. Located conveniently off of the interstate. Other than the hotel restaurant there are no restaurants or entertainment/shopping near the hotel. Other than the problem with the commode, the hotel room was clean and decorated nicely.”

• It was very clean and decorated beautifully, loved the mirror on bathroom wall. Magnified.

“It was located close to interstate and very well maintained. front desk people were very kind and helpful. it was very classy. Decor was the best. The beds were very comfortable. It was great. It was very noise free. No hall noise.”

• It's kind of in the middle of nowhere.

“My only (very minor) complaint is that this hotel isn't really near anything, but it is right off the highway (I-275). This is a higher-end 3-star hotel - I'd probably give it 3.5 stars, based on other 3-star hotels I've stayed in.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Hotel Conference Center in St. Pete. The hotel was gorgeous, and the rooms were large and clean. Took advantage of the free water and apples, and had a delicious breakfast at the on-site hotel.”

• Having to go through the lobby in swimwear to pool.

• I liked that the rooms were back behind suite doors that unlocked to a few rooms.
• Not much to see near the hotel.

“I liked this hotel. The rooms seemed to have been remodeled. Very clean and up-to-date. Wasn't sure why there were only two pillows on the king bed. Bathroom was nice. I thought the bar soap was drying.”

• Very noisy in room as ajoining room had people slamming doors starting about 1:30 AM for two nights.

• Very new hotel with trendy decor.
• It could be closer to restaurants and stores.

“Very new and clean hotel with trendy decor, and friendly staff. Private vestibules for each room adds a classy touch. Impressive in-hotel bar and restaurant. Located close to the highway, but a couple of miles away from local restaurants and stores. Overall: highly recommended; quiet upscale-looking hotel.”
