• Great room.
• Nothing comes to mind, maybe they could have had waffles.

“I would definitely stay again, for the price the room was very clean, the staff very friendly, and the location great.”

• It had an outside elevator that took us straight to our door.
• I had to kill a roach I only saw 1 but that was 1 too many.

“We went out the second day to eat, and when we returned our key wouldn't work. The guy at the desk was not in a hurry to fix it (he was on the phone); he said it depended on how we paid for the room. I feel the price we paid was too high for the service we received. I hope it will be better once the new lobby is finished.”

• The room coffee maker.
• Horrible!

“We only stayed 2 of our 3 nights - there was a poor class of guests staying there, drinking and smoking outside there doors on common walkways. The hotel was having construction done and was not maintained. Odor of urine in the elevator.”

• There was nothing to like.
• The hotel was dirty, Nasty and smelly both inside the room and the outside area.

“Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The elevators smelled, walls were dirty, when the hotel door was opened there was a stale dirty odor. The room was not very clean.”

• Poor cleaning poor breakfast room stunk tub dirty just nasty remote to TV didn't work I will never go back there again.

“We had a non smoking room that smelled like smoke. I had to clean the bath tub or my children to take a bath. I will never go there again.”

• Office and continental breakfast located over 100 yards through outdoors from rooms.

“Hotel is a fair thirty-nine dollar motel that costs a lot more. No coffee makers in the room, and the nearest coffee is through the outdoors, the weather, etc., to the Registration Building where the Continental Breakfast is served. Although it is centrally located, roadway access to it is very difficult.”

• Restaurant staff hardly on duty and need more TV channels.

“The hotel was nice and I was glad they had rooms available on such short notice. I was on travel to work at Fort Benning, so I thought it was great that the exit to 185 South was right there. My room was nice and had all the basics. I also liked that there was an exercise room. Its a great place to stay if you just want the basics and If you go to work everyday. However, its not perfect. First, the cleaning people took forever to get around to clean it. They do a nice job cleaning it, but I had to wait until around mid afternoon for it to be cleaned. I was stuck there on weekends, so I had to waste a lot of time driving around so I could wait for my room to be cleaned. Starz was the only premium channel and there werent' enough basic cable channels. To be really picky about the TV, the Weather Channel didn't even give the Columbus local forecast. The restaurant was ok, but there was never anybody there. You walk in and the sign says, a Hostess will seat you, but there is never anybody there whatsoever. You spend two hours in the restaurant because you have to constantly wait for someone to show up. At least the food ends up being pretty ok. Also, there seems to be no security. I was in the laundry room one night and some creepy guy came up to me asking me for money claiming to be staying from Fema. I told the front desk, but I don't know if anything was done about it. So don't use the laundry room, just drop your stuff off at a wash & fold place nearby. Besides, the iron and ironing board they provide are terrible.”
