• Close to the airport.
• Overall, hotel is outdated.

“Outside of the hotel looks great. Entrance is ok, but the hall to the elevator it looks outdated- carpet looks old and needs a fresh coat of paint. Room is nothing special- carpet is worn and bathroom has stains on the floor. I've been to many 2.5 star hotels and this is not one of them.”

• It provided a continental breakfast & in-room microwave.
• The smoking rooms reeked of a deodorizer that was unpleasant.

“This hotel was hard to get to, due to the road construction changes. My car navigation system was unable to direct me to the proper streets because they no longer exist. First we were given a smoking room and the room deodorizer was unbearable. We requested a non-smoking room and were accommodated. Our stay was then more enjoyable.”

“We did not take the continental breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. I would rate this like a hotel six with slightly upgraded interior. Fine for last minute travel.”

• Nice breakfast.
• Hotel staff would park in the handicap parking just so they could be close to the building, so my husband that is truly handicapped had to walk.

“This hotel and all of Marriott's can't serve all customers meaning between smokers and non-smokers. We all pay to have a comfortable place to stay and to say that only non-smokers get the right to be comfortable then that is wrong!”

• Very friendly staff, clean room and a very good restaurant on site.
• Restaurant was slow, motel not in the best neighborhood, but who cares?

“I was somewhat apprehensive based on the reviews that I read before staying in this hotel. However, it ranks in the top 2% for a star level of its rating. Very excellent staff, very clean, great shuttle. I stay in various places well over 100 nights a year, and found this to be a very enjoyable experience for the nine days I was there. The restaurant is exceptional, but slow, so order early, and go do what you have to do and thirty minutes later, enjoy an excellent meal.”

• The hotel was ok not great but not bad either.
• The internet did not work in my room.

“The hotel was worth the price. It was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff was nice. Hot water could not be regulated so maintenance man came up and fixed it. Complimentary breakfast was good. Room was quiet.”

• Refrigerator and microwave did not work.

“The overall environment of the hotel was nice, but the room refrigerator and microwave did not work and they were unable to fix it and I was unable to order a sandwich from their restaurant because they were out of bread for the 2 and 1/2 days I stayed there. I did like the extended check-out time (up to 4pm); however, they charge an additional $30 for everything like early check-in and early check-out. The 3pm check-in time is way too late for business travelers.”

• The staff was exceptionally nice, friendly, and helpful.
• Humid in the room.

“This was a great hotel for the price. The staff was the nicest of any hotel Ive been to. The breakfast was good and convenient. The work out room was nice. I was in Atlanta for a medical school test and the hotel was literally less than a 5 min walk away from the facility which was convenient.”

• Right off the expressway.
• Hotel was extremely dated. Staff was poor.

“I have never had a problem but this hotel didn't represent two stars at all. The bathroom was rusted and the water never turned off. The carpet was torn and matted. The mattress was stained. The location was good nut that's it. The staff was rude and not helpful.”

“Good for business travelers. Airport shuttle was operating normally. I did not have to wait for drop off or return. I think the staff really tries hard to accommodate guests. Would stay there again but would not recommend for women traveling alone.”

• Waitress and restaurant staff were pleasant as well as shuttle drivers.
• Did not feel the front desk people were nice. Maybe they hate their jobs.

“Hotel was satisfactory for our short stay. I would not recommend for longer than a one night stay. I work with the public in my profession and I feel that if the first people to greet you at are genuine and friendly, that is where your "star" ratings would improve. The woman working the breakfast buffet was on her cell phone rather than making sure coffee was ready or tables were clean or there was syrup available. Hotel would've been fine if the quality of help were 2-3 star people.”

• The plumbing drains were very slow.

“Fairly new and clean. Evening desk clerk very helpful. Some non-smoking rooms marked no-smoking were not. Maintenance of plumbing needs to be checked. Good breakfast.”

• Waited 50 minutes for airport shuttle, room was dirty, hairs in bathroom.

“I would not recommend staying at this hotel. After waiting 50 minutes for the airport shuttle to pick us up, our driver finally arrived, but was too busy chatting on her cell phone, (about a TV show, to help with any baggage. The room's floors had clearly not been cleaned with many conspicuous hairs on the bathroom floor.”

• Slow staff, at best rooms were ok.
