• The room was comfortable.
• Pool was out. Staff was not helpful.

“The pool was closed. The TV cable was static. The water bottle in the weight room was out of water and I was told by staff that it was not their problem. I went to do laundry and there was no change machine and when I went to the front desk for change, I was told that they had 1's but no quarters so I had to get it from a guest checking in.”

• The staff was very , very friendly.
• No room service.

“This hotel was one block from the event we attended. We could walk to and from and didn't have to drive. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was awesome and the only thing different would be room service or more of a selection in snack machines.”
