• Location, parking convenience, clean & comfortable room.
• Outside pool was hard to get.

• Pool was heated indoors.
• No Manager On duty. The on line picture wasn't representative of the true hotel. Not secure. Spiders in Bathroom. $ higher than advertised.

“The hotel room was not as pictured on line. I had asked for non-smoking and received a room smokers had been in, or the hotel staff smoked in. The area was not secure, and there was no security staff anywhere to be seen. No manager on duty. We had requested a handicapped access room and received a second floor room with NO elevator access. A hot breakfast buffet was promised and when we got there no food was on the buffet even though we were not late for breakfast. Spiders were in the bathtub. EEK. The cost was more than the price quoted. It was a HORRIBLE experience in total. I will never stay at this hotel ever again and will discourage others as well.”

• Mold in the bathroom, weak shower.

• Complimentary breakfast was a hot breakfast instead of quick pastries and cereals.
• Actual deluxe king room did not meet expectations.
