• Location.
• Parking fee.

“Nice place to stay while visiting the area. A good location for a tourist, in walking distance to several historical sites. Located on parade route.”

• Room was a good size.
• Everything. Unclean. Old. In need of a refurbishing. I don't believe I've stayed at such a hotel.

“From a staff that stands around talking to each other and only stops when you tell them you need to check-in, to a creaky elevator and a room that is musty and appears to not have been updated since the hotel was built, this was not a good experience at all. While the beds tout the Sleep Number, you wouldn't know that the beds were anything special at all. You know how you feel when you sleep in a room in which you don't feel comfortable, where despite having socks on you want to go further and put on shoes, and where you wonder just how often do people visit the restaurant and how old is this food. That describes the Radisson. I cannot recommend this hotel even for those that are budget conscious.”

• Bed / Air conditioning unit should be serviced and or updated.

• Historic hotel
• Switched room three times due to keys not working in doors.

“We expected a little more from the hotel. It was older, but some updating could be done to improve the quality. Improve the room key entries!”

• Close to the cruise terminal, cheaper parking than cruise terminal.
• No complaints.

• The location was great. The lobby and restaurant were nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• The room was very plan an smelled terrible. It had a constant musty smell the whole weekend.

“The hotel was a bit older than we expected and the room was very musty smelling. The location was great. we walked to the Convetin Center and Daphin St was 1 block away with some nice restaurants. We felt very safe walking around with our kid both day and night. There is also a great children's museum 2 blocks from the hotel. If the room and pool were cleaner it would be a perfect hotel.”
