• The location was great. The staff was helpful and accommodating.
• Would have liked for the room to have been a little more attractive.

• The room was very nice, clean, spacious, and offered a short easy drive to the beach.
• The fitness room only had 2 treadmills, (1 out of order), and a stair climber machine.

“The overall experience was very positive. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others. The continental breakfast was good and very popular, (which translated to a line at times and trouble finding a seat.) We were pleasantly surprised that some hot items were offered along with the usual cont. breakfast fare. Everything inside and out looked clean and new. The cleaning staff did a good job and the staff at the desk when we checked in was very friendly and helpful.”

“The hotel was clean the staff was friendly an helpful the pool area was family friendly and the continental breakfast was filling. the location was close to the beach but not too close so it was easy to relax.”

• Close to beach area.
• Mattresses were not comfortable.

• I liked the location and the appearance of the outside.
• We were place in a non smoking room, but it smelled as if it had been smoked in.

• The express breakfast was nice.
• The hotel has smoking rooms on floors with non-smoking rooms.

“The hotel was the perfect place to crash for the night. It was not fancy, just a comfortable place to spend the night, which is all I was looking for. The bed was fairly comfortable and the bathroom was clean, the carpeting was a little icky. Keep your shoes on because I felt me feet sticking to the carpet. They had a little microwave and fridge which would be great for a family staying for a couple of days.”

• The amenities, such as wireless in the rooms, shuttle to the beach, and the continental breakfast, were a definite.
• Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

“On short notice, I was happy to secure this room for a quick get-away for myself and my grown daughter. Once we arrived, we were deliriously happy. Holiday inn express, Rehoboth, had everything we needed, such as free wireless connectivity in the room, cable TV, a sumptuous continental breakfast, and a 15 minute shuttle to the beach running every 15 minutes. The room was squeaky clean, the hotel was quiet, and the bedding luxurious (particularly the pillows). We didn't want to leave. Alas.”

• The front desk was very accommodating.
• I could hear voices thru the vent in the bathroom.

“This was a nice hotel as a 2 star. The front desk was very accommodating. The room was clean and generally speaking it was quiet and easy to find.”

• The pool was nice.
• The breakfast was lacking variety and quality food. To do laundry was $2.00 per wash and $2.00 per dryer cycle. You could not add time to the dryer.

“If you do not want to be on the beach this hotel worked well. Right off of hwy 1 and easy to get to the beach.”

• I like the Location, Pool and exercise room.
• Wet and dirty floor to the pool and carpet in room is old.

“The complimentary breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:30am and the two mornings we Sam people come in at 9:30 and the food was taken away. Maybe it should be extend the hours to 10:00 since it is area near the shore, people are on vacation and they don't get up so early, specially on the weekend.”

• Queen size beds and continental breakfast.
• A little too far from the beach.

“Overall good value for the money. A little too far from the beach but that made for a slightly more laid back atmosphere that was geared towards families and business travelers. Try the IHop in the plaza right before the hotel for a reasonably priced meal.”
