  • Location, price, cleanliness.
  • Noisy one night, shabby in some places.

“This motel was fine for our purposes: right off I-95, clean simple room, good beds, hot shower, coffee-maker. The public spaces were a little shabby but the plantings outside were very nice. And the price was definitely right.”
