• The beds were very comfortable, the room overall was excellent.
• One of the rooms had wet towels still in the bathroom and there was no staff to clean it at check in.

“We really enjoyed our stay there. They had a good breakfast, rooms were quaint and comfortable. We had a hard time getting fresh towels and one of rooms was not clean. Besides that little slip we did enjoy staying there and would go back again. The service guy at the desk was wonderful and helpful to us.

• It was so close to the public beaches and easy to get kids around.
• Only one hook in the bathroom for towels and swimsuits.

• The bedding was nice and the bed was comfortable.
• The first room we were sent to have not been cleaned. Moved, room still had dirty towels and trash on floor that was never picked up.

The second room we were sent to still have dirty towels hanging on the shower rod and a plastic spoon on the floor that was still there when we left. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The breakfast was ok-parts of it better than others. It was only a couple of blocks to the beach, so we walked everyday. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was nice.”

• Up to date on decor, very nice for the price.
• Pool did not have many lounge chairs.

“We got exactly what we expected and more. Hotel was nice and clean, staff was very nice. The pool was clean. The only thing was it was not on the beach and did not have a balcony but not a problem.”

• Everything was wonderful.

“The next time we are in destin we will be staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean. We had plenty of towels, lot of peace and quiet, and the front desk help was wonderful.”

• I needed to change rooms because the 1st was smoking; it was very easy to change.
• The smoking room was unbearable! Not just a little smell, a lot!

“Customer service was very great, friendly people. Although it was extremely clean the room smelled like and ashtray and I gagged. I was instantly given another room that was non smoking and again extremely neat and clean. Very good hotel, a little high of price to not be beach front but still great location.”

• Great location & staff.
• The curtains don't close & the sun raised on my side of the hotel-waking me up early every morning.

“Overall experience was very good except for above mentioned curtain problem. I was traveling for business but I did not have to wake up at 6:30-7 am! All I would have needed was curtains that closed to make the stay perfect.”
