  • Nice rooms at affordable price.

“ This was a return visit for us and we will go back. We were upgraded to a suite because we had to wait for the hotel clerk to check someone else in that only took about 3 minutes! We had a great stay, good food, great location and great price. ”

“Great location if you are sailing on a cruise. Complimentary parking and a ride to your port. The room was very clean and nicely decorated with a homey feel. Definitely, I will stay again.

  • The pool and Jacuzzi were so tranquil, I loved it immensely!
  • When we arrived into our room the lamp shade was broken.

“We had requested a 1st floor, near lobby & elevator & poolside view room and received none of them. I had a 7, 4, & 2 year old and 10 pieces of large furniture to roll to the room (3rd floor), and for one night. The staff was GREAT! And the location was wonderful, but due to the construction, we couldn't get anything we requested. Especially a 1st floor poolside room.”

  • Very nice curb appeal. Beautiful lobby and guest room appeared fresh clean and nicely detailed.
  • I slipped on the first pool step just as my husband was saying the steps were slippery. My toes and ankle were swollen for a week.

“The lobby was a beautiful marble and tile making a crisp clean appearance. The front desk people were polite but not overly friendly. The rooms were available on two floors and all relatively convenient to the pool. The pool was attractive with large simulated boulders and archway. During peak pool-time there was often a struggle to find available lounge chairs. I slipped getting into the pool just as my husband, immediately in front of me, turned to say the steps were slippery. I was in extreme pain, my toes and ankle were swollen for a week. The staff offered a free drink or bottle of water as I was icing my foot. I'm sure they were thinking law suit. But in all honesty, the steps should have additional tread to prevent this obvious issue. I a.m. a pool owner myself and a.m. aware of the precautions that should be taken.”

  • Room, pool area, and location!
  • The restaurant was horrible. Luckily their are others in the area.

“Overall the hotel was very nice. Great location. The king suite is perfect for a romantic getaway. The rooms are spacious. The pool area was really nice with a nice bar and entertainment outside all afternoon into the night. However, the restaurant for a sit down dinner was horrible from the service to the food quality. Definitely eat at one of the local restaurants or walk across the street for McDonald's and mini-golf.”

  • The number bed and decor of the room.
  • No refrigerator or microwave in the room.

“The hotel was very nice and the room was comfortable. The only thing I have to say is, when I and my spouse moved from a room with two double beds to a king size bed; there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Also the room did look like it was in the process of either being remodeled or beginning to get remodeled. The rug was not in the best of shape and there was a huge empty space by the wall and the bed. Looked like something was missing in the room besides a refrigerator and microwave. Other than that, the room was excellent and we would consider staying at another Radisson in the future.”

  • The only thing positive about this hotel is the pool.
  • Front desk clerk was a bit rude and not very helpful.

“I was disappointed in the rooms as the carpets were stained the wallpaper was peeling in the room and the bathroom, bathtub plug would not work so my 4 year old grandson had to shower, the plug in the sink didn't work and the water didn't even turn on in the other sink. Pitiful!”

“I was very happy with this hotel. The scenery in the pool area was very nice, had a business center and a restaurant on site. The hotel staff was friendly and it was kept very clean. The food at the restaurant was very good. My expectation was far exceeded.”

  • Decor very soothing in room, pool area very attractive.
  • Staff seemed very hurried not as over the top friendly as most Radissons.

“Good location to the cruise port, great price for what you get. Rooms very soothingly decorated. However remember, due to the risk of hurricanes, this Radisson is only 2 stories and very sprawled out; it is an exterior entrance hotel. And the further away you are from the main entrance; it does have a motel feel to it but only from the outside. Very secure hotel gated entrances. I personally saw security offices walking the property day and night. The parl and shuttle feature is great for cruisers.”

  • The long term parking was convenient.
  • The room and the pool area had a bad ant problem.

“The hotel is located near the port, so it is convenient for people going on a cruise. The staff was friendly and helpful. The long term parking was very convenient and their shuttle to the port made things easy. I have two gripes. 1) They have a bad ant problem in the pool area and in our room. I couldn't even lay my shoes on the ground, for fear of ants crawling into them. We had ants in our bathroom and some in the room near the beds. 2) The sleep number bed is so way over rated. It is very uncomfortable and if somebody moves, the air moving in the bladder feels like you are on a firm water bed. I would recommend this hotel only if the ants were taken care of and you can request a room without a sleep number bed. The breakfast buffet was good. My star rating is a two. Take out the ants and the sleep number bed and it would be 4 stars.”

  • Sleep number beds not too comfortable.

“My family loved this hotel. We had a great time in the pool and hot tub. We had a wonderful meal in the onsite restaurant. The location was near the beach but far enough away so that the traffic wasn't horrible.”

  • The furniture was nice except for the bed. We did not like the sleep number bed.
  • The placement of the toilet too close to the wall.

“Employees were very good. Found old food on top of the TV cabinet. The extra sink in the bathroom did not leave enough room for the toilet. We did not like the sleep number bed. It was not easy to sleep on at any setting! The pool was nice but too warm. The second arm was broken the first night and not repaired when we left. The light for reading was too dim.”

  • The rooms seemed pretty clean. Location was good.
  • Anyone one from the street could walk into the place without anyone knowing they are not guests. One of the Blue striped materials on the bed was dirty.

“The hotel was overall nice. But if you are a light sleeper and go to bed before 10-11pm. I'd suggest not having a room close to the pool area. It was loud there until midnight when I was there. The was a week night. Also the security there could have been better in my opinion. Anyone off the street could access the hotel without anyone even knowing. The breakfast buffet food that was out was not that great. But the Omelet was awesome. So order and novelette's and stay away from the chewy French toast. I loved the sleep number beds in the room. I slept very well in it. Overall it appeared to be clean and a very decorative facility. If I stay there again I will not have a room in the front s I'm a light sleeper.”

  • We only stayed there one night.
  • Service was not very good. Price was way too high.

“We asked for a king non-smoking. They put us in a smoking room with two double beds. We asked to change the room and they did. They changed it to a smoking room with two double beds again.”

  • It was top notch from the first opening of the door - very pleasant experience.
  • Honestly - there was zero not to like.

“We were treated very well. The rooms (a double room suite) was very nicely decorated and the sleep comfort beds were the best I have ever slept. We will use Radisson whenever and wherever available from now on our various trips.”

  • The pool area was great. They had a tiki bar along with a guitarist/singer. The location was awesome. Almost walking distance to cocoa beach.
  • They advertise sleep number beds, even on the hotel key, but our room did not have one. We were pretty disappointed.

  • It had clean rooms.
  • The bed appeared to be broke, and very noisy.

“The sleep number bed seemed to be wore out. The room I got previously was great. This time the bed felt like a board, and the air pump was very noisy and slow. Kids running around everywhere early and very noisy.”

  • Rooms were very nice, check-in was easy, all thought there were a lot of guests waiting to be shuttled to port, it went very smoothly for us! Lovely!
  • Noisy at times, a lot of children running up and down the hallways, with very loud voices.

  • Good location and offers shuttle to port nearby.
  • The room smelled badly, the toilet was stopped up.

“Okay if your in a pinch and need a place for one night. The shuttle is convenient and well used by many that were leaving for cruises in Cape Canaveral. Would not stay there again due to the smell of the room and the stopped up toilet. It did not feel clean.”
