• Great location.
• Needs a remodel.

• It had beds and lots of good pillows.
• Loud, loud construction at 5 a.m. on Saturday.

“When I went to the lobby to checkout, it was under construction. There were workers everywhere. They were taking up the tile from the floors. When I stepped off the elevator with my baby and my husband and my luggage, no one stopped working, made a path for me or anything. It was so loud that I had to shout in order for the desk clerk to hear me. I did not feel safe in that space.”

• Location was excellent for for flightplans easy access to airport.
• Computers were down when we arrived would not accept credit card.

“This hotel is very clean and very user friendly for people who have early flights,didn't check out the lounge sorry.”

“I have stayed in this hotel before. It is only 15 minutes out of Huntsville and a great place to stay for an early morning departure. They have kept the hotel in wonderful condition - the only thing they need to change is the sink - it's showing wear. I would definitely stay there again.”

• The room and especially the bed were fabulous
• Arriving and leaving: No one to help with bags not even a baggage carrier. You were on your own as far as getting baggage to and from the hotel

“My wife has difficulty walking. When we arrived, we had no help with our bags at first. Luckily, an employee on a golf cart did help us get over to the hotel. The young ladies at the check in counter seemed to be totally unaware of a barrage to help get our bags to our room. When we left, a young lady did locate a baggage carrier for us to get our luggage to the car. A security person did remind us that after loading our car in the front of the airport that we must return our carrier to the second floor. The airport police came and "leaned" on us to make sure we moved our baggage and car quickly when loading the car to leave. If you are healthy and do not have much luggage, then the Sheraton in Huntsville is fine. However, if you have a slight disability and more than just a bag or two then you are out of luck. My wife and I were very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend friends our family to stay at the Sheraton at the airport. The room was nice and so was the restaurant that we ate breakfast. Arriving and leaving with baggage was a real problem at this hotel.”

• Rooms were very nice. Nice breakfast!
• Parking was not convenient. It's too far away, not convenient for loading and unloading. Bathrooms were on the small side.

• The hotel was IN the airport. Not convenient for automobile travelers.

“The parking lot was across the street from the airport terminal building which was a hassle during check in and check out. The swimming pool was 300 yards from the hotel. The bathroom was small. Fixtures were broken.Not a 3-star hotel by my standards.”
