• This hotel was comfortable, clean, and affordable.
• Very small swimming pool.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for affordability and a clean place to stay. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The pool is small but clean and maintained. Will stay there again.”

• Everything.

“The hotel room was very small and very dirty. The carpet made your feet look dirty. The front staff was very unprofessional/looking as was with attitudes. We found old cereal inside our trash can, instead of cleaning it before putting a bag inside they just put it on top of the can. The magnetic door for outside entrance did not work, very unsafe. For the continental breakfast consists of frozen carton milk, dry cereal, bagel with no cream cheese and muffins/juice. I will never stay at this hotel.”

• Postage stamp room, loud, room not cleaned, poor service, not a good location.

“This was the worst stay I have ever had anywhere. You could not turn around in the room it was so small. They would not make your bed or vacuumed the room. Nothing in the room but a 19" TV sitting on top of the little closet. Would not recommend this place to anybody.”

• It was on the main hwy to the beach.
• Rooms were very small. No extras.

“The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable to sleep in, but not to just sit and relax after a long day. There was only one small desk with one chair. No room to stretch out.”

• It was very clean. That means allot to me because I have two children under five.
• The pool was closed at that time, because a child used the restroom in it.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds sleep better than my bed at home. The location was great. It was also easy to find.”

• This hotel was extremely clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I'd recommend this to all my friends.
• The elevator broke as we were leaving and we had to carry our stuff downstairs using the stairs! It was fixed quickly but after we'd gotten downstairs.

“This hotel is very nice. Nicer than I expected. The beds in the room were very comfortable and large. Everything was very clean and the staff was extremely polite in all areas. I'd recommend this hotel to others.”

• Good location, staff was friendly and helpful.
• For staying a week the maid service only came and cleaned the room two times and never changed to bedding while we were there.

“The entrance to the hotel was hard to see at night from the highway. The hotel overall was clean and the continental breakfast was pretty good but could use some milk. Also, they could change the towels and bedding at least once per week when staying an extended period of time.”

• The hall ways were dirty and the construction was shoddy.

“Overall, the stay was exactly what I was expecting. This hotel offers a clean stay with easy access to everything that Gulf Shores has to offer. It met my expectations.”

• It was very clean, convenient location, friendly staff.

“I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. Also, the room was small but it didn't feel that way. They used mirrors and light colors to make it more open. There were plenty of places to store things/luggage. And the bathrooms were spotless. I will definitely stay there again.”

• We enjoyed the location and room size.
• Driveway was confusing in the dark.

“When we arrived, they did not have our room. However, I showed them my confirmation and we got a room. We requested a smoking Queen with two beds. We got a non-smoking Queen with Handicapped bath.”
