• Bartender.
• Other than the bartender the staff was not very friendly.

“OK experience overall. Not a sleep number bed fan so that was not too good. Lounge was small and uninteresting. Staff not all that friendly except for the Bartender Chris. Great guy. Lamb was tasty. Nice dish, nice portion. Very nice entry with couches and baby grand piano. Just a bit off the beaten path. Would have liked a place closer to a night time spot. Overall was average.”

• nice staff,easy to find
• beds were uncomfortable(sleep number), doors slam shut and wake you up all night

“The select comfort beds are a total joke...woke up with back pain everyday no matter what number I set the bed at. the doors to the rooms slam so hard that it shakes the room...that includes the neighbors across the hall and next door kept going in and out all night and waking us up.”

• Lobby.
• Light on bedside table did not work, no ice machines worked in building.

“This hotel needs to work harder at keeping things in working order. The lamp on the bedside table did not work properly and when staff was told, they said they would check it in the morning. Why not bring another lamp and solve the problem immediately. They hotel was not sold out, I'm sure they could have found a working lamp. There are two buildings, the only working ice machine was in the building I was not staying in. Very inconvenient.”

• Having a good restaurant in the hotel.

“The front desk person was genuinely friendly and helpful. He was a joy. Although I didn't get her name, the night of our arrival a young lady helped us by providing a cart for our luggage and was willing to what ever was necessary to help us. The hotel was lovely, my husband said after our arrival in Santa Fe, that he sure wished we would have been able to stay at a Radisson in Santa Fe, like the one we stayed at in Flagstaff, AZ for the same price. We both felt spoiled.”

• There was free Wi-Fi.
• I thought the front desk staff was rude and not helpful. It was a big issue.

“This hotel is great for a quick overnight stay. The location is nice and the rooms are decently clean. I think the front desk could use some training in customer service.”

• There was hair in the beds.

• The staff was the most friendly staff I've met. The restaurant was great .
• The enterance was steep and it was icy. We survived. The beds were a little small.

“Rooms were very clean and the service was excellant. The reataurant was great (ate at the cafe)service was great. Friendliest staff there is. Thanks for the great time.”

• The sheets were clean.
• Very noisy which resulted in a poor night sleep.

“We requested a non-smoking room only to discover that our room stank of cigarettes. The walls, floors and ceiling of our room were so thin we could hear our neighbors snoring. Furthermore the residents in the room above us were having a party. We complained at 3 am and 4 am and by 5 am, having had such a poor night sleep, we decided to check out and go and stay elsewhere for our second night's stay. I would not recommend this hotel.”

• Quiet setting.
• Not worth the price.

“Placed on the third floor of the south tower. Asked for non smoking room with two kids but some rooms on the floor were allowed to smoke and the hallway and elevator stunk of tobacco smoke. Big piece of plywood spoiled the view from our back window. That piece of plywood remained for our entire visit. Had rain on the first night and buckets were placed in several locations in the hallway to catch the leaks in the roof. Those buckets remained for our entire stay. There was no security into the building. Anyone could access the building after hours. There was no complementary breakfast. I would not recommend or return to this hotel today.”

“Staff gave us a key that did not work. When we finally thought everything had been worked out, we entered our room to find someone else already in there! Our third trip to the lobby finally resolved everything and we got our room!”

• I really liked the location and the friendly staff.
• No coffee bar, just a lounge for the evening.

“My 7 year old son accompanied my 18 year old daughter and I on a trip to look over NAU. The hotel is conveniently located, there were computers in the lobby, the maids were great and the pool, Spa and fitness center were great. I wish that the lounge just off the lobby was converted into a coffee bar in the morning. That would have been perfect. I hate restaurant coffee and that would have made a good place to read the paper and plan our day. Other than that no recommendations.”

• Beautiful location, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The indoor pool was nice.
• I didn't like the sleep number bed. I hope you have rooms with regular beds because I like the Radisson.

• Very clean room, friendly staff, plenty of parking, pool and whirlpool were refreshing, close to the Lowell observatory.
• The Jacuzzi was being worked on so we couldn't use it.

• Room service comes at 7:00 am and other random times.

“Great hotel. Staff was great, excellent amenities. Room service came at a different time each day, very inconvenient. Once at 6:40 am, once at 12:00 pm and once at 3:00 pm. Great cleaning job, but very interrupting. Every time you turned around they were there.”

• They had a great indoor Jacuzzi.
• There was only one treadmill in the Fitness Center and no sign giving a time limit. One lady was on the treadmill for and hour and a half.

“Overall it was a very nice clean hotel with great facilities. They need time limits on their fitness machines and more treadmills. I have a charge for 20$ that I need to find out about.”

“Staff was friendly but not very bright - couldn't give directions to the interstate and they were only 4 miles away. Pool closed for repairs the second day we were there. Perhaps they could schedule that in the off season? Food was terribly overpriced.”

• It was convenient to places to see in flagstaff and surrounding area.
• The heated pool was not open for the entire stay - 3 days of which would have been nice.

“Not very impressed - especially for the price. Believe price was inflated due to graduation but I was not there for that and the only "thing going" for the hotel was the "heated pool" which was out of operation.”

• Pool, spa and general elegance. Well decorated, quiet, comfortable rooms.
• Construction in hotel. Only 1 ice maker in bldg didn't work.

“Radisson in Flagstaff is comfortable and clean. Located off the main road, it is mostly quiet. Train traffic is a constant in Flagstaff, but the sounds were not intrusive. The pool and spa area are nicely kept. It is a nice place to spend the night on the way to someplace else.”

“While it has an excellent location, it didn't feel like a 3 star hotel by any means. I have stayed at many 2 star rated places that far exceeded this hotel in both features, amenities, and modernness. If it had been rated 2-star, I would have felt it was far better.”

• They were rude and not accommodating!

“This is a basic hotel that is well maintained. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet (we traveled with 3 kids and the room next door said they didn't hear us). The Japanese steakhouse restaurant was fun - we enjoyed the chopping, flames, and other theatrics. The food was edible.”

• Great decor and overall feel. Good size and wonderful staff.
• The hallways needed to be vacuumed and I could hear a lot of loud walking from above my room. Affected my sleep.

“Great hotel, beautiful inside and outside. Staff was warm, friendly and enthusiastic. Decor and theme are impressive. Room was comfortable and spacious. Only problems I had were, lack of a refrigerator, the hallway needed to be vacuumed, and the noise of loud walking from above my room was a nuisance. Otherwise, I highly recommend a stay at this hotel!”
