• Friendly staff very accommodating and my rate included breakfast and the morning paper!
• Limited parking out front.

“This hotel served our needs just a short stop on our trip. There weren't any restaurants within a short walking distance (with children) and it was noisy. It was, however, clean and functional.”

• The evening check in person was very nice and efficient, the place was very clean, breakfast bar was well stocked.
• The morning desk staff and others were withdrawn and not so friendly, not mean though just down in the mouth so to speak.

“It was an overall good experience, very quick but friendly check in, the place was clean and except for a leaky shower head, the room was worth the money. The smoking floor was stuffy but that's the price we pay. The room was quiet and we were lucky not to have any noisy neighbors or screaming kids. One of the perks of the smoking floor is most families avoid it and overall it's much less apt to be noisy. The location could be hard to find for directionally challenged people.”

• Good location, continental breakfast every day.
• No fitness room/equipment - they have a deal with a nearby fitness center for guests to use for $6 a day.

“This hotel was pretty decent. However, our room looked like they were getting it ready for painting. One wall was scraped up, there were several patched spots on the walls, and it seemed like a bedside table was missing. Not a big deal but a little tacky. No computer for guest use, just wireless internet for those that travel with a laptop. I'd stay here again. The breakfast selection was pretty good.”

• The exhaust fan dripped water all over the toilet.

“The staff at check in was excellent! The room was clean. The interior of the hotel needs a face lift. A good coat of paint and some new carpeting would be a help. ”

“This is what you would expect from a holiday inn perfectly adequate, clean spaces, good location, and convenient. Nothing special and if you had to spend a significant time in the room or had real business to conduct find another hotel.”

• Very quiet and comfortable, solid building.
• Parking lot access thru common/breakfast area.

“The room was spacious and comfortable. Wireless internet a plus to have. The location was very convenient for my visit to Naples Bonita Springs. The solid building was very quiet. I was in a room near the elevator and was not aware of it going up or down. Nor did I hear anything of the neighboring rooms during my stay.”

• The pillows were labeled firm and soft!
• Hotel iron was filthy.

“The staff was very nice. I liked getting a statement under my door, but did not get a paper. The hotel was clean, but I don¿t understand how it was a two star hotel. The breakfast was mostly carbohydrates, very little protein.”

• Excellent location between Ft Meyers and Naples and right on route 41.
• There were too many unsupervised children running through the hotel late in the evening.

“Very good but I would never take another room at the end of a floor if there is a exit door at the end of the floor; every time the door shut our room would shake and it was also loud.”

• The traffic in the area.

“This hotel was convenient to everything we wanted in this area. It was very clean and kept up and the continental breakfast bar was the best we've experienced. The entire staff very friendly and helpful. Made you feel at home.”

• Buffet breakfast is limited and full of junk but at least it's breakfast.
• Hair and dirt balls in bathroom upon arrival, dirty conditions (floors, tables) at breakfast buffet.

“Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet attendant was slow, rude, and unable to keep buffet replenished. Floor was badly in need of being vacuumed (as were all the floors in the building.) Washer and dryer came in handy. The facility is very overpriced for what it has to offer.”

• Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly in getting us a smoking room instead of a nonsmoking also with a free upgrade.
• It needed a little maintenance such as paint and attention to frayed carpet.

“My stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is within two miles of the beach, and there is easy access to other areas of southwest Florida. It was especially convenient for me as I was there to see preseason baseball in Fort Myers which is about 15 miles away. I would definitely stay here again.”

• Convenient to the highway.
• Noisy, kids running around the hotel till 3a.m. Police had to handle the situation. Toilet did not flush. They gave us a plunger.

“Do not expect a restful nights sleep. Plumbing skills will come in handy.”
