• Staff was friendly.
• Rooms smelled moldy.

“Nice views and friendly staff. Rooms were musty - smelled moldy. Overall was OK but seemed more like a 2-2.5 star hotel.”

“This hotel needs a major over-haul. Which I hear they plan on doing in a few months. Nice location, nice view of the inlet/lake. A quick jaunt to the ocean.”

• The water view was good.
• They automatically charge $10.65 without knowledge.

“The hotel was good just to rest your head. The carpet on the floors had a old smell to it. The hotel also charged me for $10.65 for internet and valet service even though I didn't need to use it.”

• The room was older, but clean and beds were comfortable.
• They charge an extra $10 per nigh.

“When arriving, they slap another $10 fee per day on you for incidentals (newspaper, valet parking, beach towels, bottled water). We told them we didn't want the incidentals, but too bad, it is hotel policy. The room was clean, but in the older part of the hotel. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of information in lobby for activities available in the area.”

• Very beautiful, very safe area. Boca Raton police department hang out!
• Coffee is horrid. need microwave and small refrigerator it would be perfect!

“Have stayed here previously. Would go again. I really need the microwave and fridge as we are on special diets and have medication.”

• The view and the location. Outdoor dining with view of the water.
• Very small toilet / tub area.

“The staff was friendly, the food good, the view from our room great. I would stay there again if I went back to Boca Raton.”

• Location. Every room has a beautiful view.
• Required $10/night valet parking, while open parking seems readily available.

“I would definitely stay here again. It is comfortable, clean, well attended, excellent restaurants and a great reputation in the community. Everyone knows the Bridge hotel and comments on it's high quality.”

• Beautiful location.
• The surprise $10 for overnight parking charge.

“This hotel was located right on the intercostals with a balcony and great view. It was also walking distance to the beach. A very clean and nice hotel. Overall, it was a wonderful stay despite the surprise $10 overnight parking fee.”

• The air conditioning worked fine. It was quiet.
• Stains on the carpet. Valleys in the mattresses. Outdated decor. Cheap looking maintenance.

“This hotel needs to be upgraded. Lobby, elevators, and hallways have musty odor. Room number is hand-painted on the door. Bathroom needs to be recalled. New mattresses needed in room. TV appears to be over ten years old; picture and sound quality worse than average.”

• Nice location - secluded from busy traffic area. Great hotel view of intercostals.
• Ice maker on our floor was out of order entire length of stay. Long elevator wait time.

“In general our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival hotel staff was friendly and our room was just fine. The room was clean, as was the terrace. Stayed at the hotel for a week and the experience was very pleasant. Would definitely stay at this hotel again without hesitation.”

• Staff was nice, setting is very beautiful.
• Mattresses are horrible no support! Ice machine was broken all week, 10.00 a day parking fee one elevator out.

“This is a nice hotel in a nice location. The staff was very accommodating. If you need a good mattress to sleep, don't stay here. I felt that going to the next floor for Ice for 5 days should not have been required either. Overall though for the price it was a decent stay in a scenic location, during the week there is a lot of noise as they (not the hotel) are building a huge complex across the waterway.”

• Extremely comfortable beds.
• Aside from room costs, overnight guests pay $10.00 per day for parking.

“We stayed in the VIP Oceanfront suite. Accommodations were nice, but they did not deliver what was expected for the, bridge level, experience. The robes in the room were not clean, (coffee stained), there were no slippers, we did not receive any turndown service, or the ever popular spoil me basket. The room was dusty and both balconies were dirty with bird droppings. They are in the process of building a hotel directly in the view of the ocean, so there is obstructed ocean views.”

“Room was not worth the money. Bathrooms are very tiny. Short staffed. $10.00 valet charge per day and valet attendant still expected a tip.”

“Central location in Boca Raton. Located on A1A with great views of the intercoastal waterway and the ocean. Contains well known restaurants to suit all tastes. Friendly professional staff.”
