• The staff at the front desk.
• The staff at the breakfast is not so friendly.

“The rooms are comfortable but I think the hotel needs a wider range of room services available, however, the staff do their best to pleased the customer.”

• Complimentary cooked to order breakfast, crib and comfortable room.
• Musty smell in the pillows.

“The business center was small, but the workout room was fantastic. We had small kids with us and the suite hotel was large and comfortable for the family. The pillows did smell musty, but the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.”

• Linen quality,bedding, sleeping excellent.
• There was a misunderstanding bad communication that cost $100 ex.

“The sleeping accommodations, the linen the pillows, the mattress are excellent, great environment with plenty of garden/vegetation, lots of areas and space for relaxing with a nice view.”

• The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautiful and offered many amenities.
• Don't really have anything to say. I really enjoyed my time there.

“The hotel was beautiful with some wonderful amenities. The cooked-to-order breakfast in the morning had a large variety of foods and was delicious. The heated pool and hot tub area was very relaxing. I had a fantastic trip and would definitely stay there again.”

• I just cant find anything bad to say about this hotel or its staff.
• Nothing I did not like.

• The breakfast is as nice or better than those at many luxury hotels.
• The gift shop was closed and while the complimentary happy hour was excellent, it would be nice to have a bar open later in the evening.

• Hotel staff and front desk were AMAZING!
• No snack vending machines.

“I arrived in Boca early around 9 am and was allowed to check into the room then! The staff was very helpful. The room was amazing, very spacious. Very nice bathroom. Hot tub and pool were terrific. Unique design to hotel with kind of the middle being outside, great for a warm weather location!”

• The room was beautiful. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

• Great hotel with clean, comfortable suites, beautiful grounds, helpful staff.
• The waterful in the atrium was noisy, uncomfortable for those sleeping in the living room of the suite.

• Fabulous bedding, quiet suite, lap pool, incredible breakfast included.
• The room smelled strongly of cleaning product.

“Lovely hotel for the price. My room was quiet and the bedding was luxurious. It had everything I needed including hi-speed internet service. The lap pool was delightful and the breakfast buffet is extensive and is included.”

• A little far from the center of town and the beach.
