• I like the free storage rooms to stash your stuff upon your next return.
• Internet is so slow, it's frustrating most of the time.

“Great hotel for long stays, but the internet is slow. I love that they have a Xerox machine, but it does not work.”

• Had a few ants in my room.

• The breakfast and complimentary afternoon hors-d'oevres were great! The hotel staff was very helpful with smile. It was very nice to have free laundry.
• The only complaint was a broken disposal but they fixed that as soon as they could.

“It was a treat to come back to the hotel after our day at the pool (we were there for nationals swimming championships). I personally liked the exercise room and the free snacks in the evening. The breakfast had something for everyone in our family, two boys a girl and my husband and myself. The hotel was very clean was our room. Hope we can go there next year.”

• I like the hotel setting, the layout of the suite and its restaurant.
• The sofa bed's mattress spring is poor.

“This is a nice hotel to stay in. I stayed in a studio suite with a Queens size bed and a sofa bed. It is very cozy with 2 people; just like a little home. However, there is no whirlpool or spa; the heated outdoor pool is not so clean and warm.”

• No on-site restaurant.

“The quality of the property was much higher than we had expected. The hotel offered a great continental breakfast that way exceeded the usual cold cereal and a donut. They offered a daily! Hot item, bake your own waffles, fresh bagels, breads, muffins , hot and cold cereals, several juices, donuts, fresh strawberries cream cheeses jams jellies teas coffee and even hot chocolate. All included with your room rate. Our room was a " 3rd floor paradise" large queen bed, full sleeper sofa, 2 small coffee tables, 2 end bedside tables, armor with TV, DVD and CD player, writing desk, 2 telephones, fully equipped kitchen with stove top full sized fridge/freezer, garbage disposal, double sink, dishwasher and a full sized microwave, plus coffeemaker, toaster, blender, pans plates flatware, daily delivered newspaper and even a pouch of micro-popcorn for late night snacks.! The place was just lovely and it should have a 4 star rating. Not just a 3. It was great!”

• Hotel staff did not wanted to change any thing.
• They pointed out about on every request and denied.

• Great breakfast, clean room, ice maker in room.
• A little far from NSU, no wireless internet.

“I highly recommend this hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Free breakfast, well done. Free wine and beer social at night. No wireless internet though.”

• I would like to stay again soon as I really enjoyed the service and the staff.
• I presentation of food service was great.

“I Hotel was very clean only thing I would like to suggest is that the days if traveling with a load becomes difficult to handle if traveling solo!”

• All rooms are suites.
• Hotel had musty odor.

“Overall, decent hotel. Had to change rooms as first room had a soaking wet floor from the A/C unit. New room smelled musty and damp. Hot water gets extremely hot. They do not have any temperature restriction on their water heater!”

• The rooms are efficiencies, so you can make your own meals.
• The breakfast provided was all crabs, and hardly any protein.

“Lovely hotel, it is in a secluded area, which is great if you want some rest and relaxation. And it is 3 miles away from the Mall, which is wonderful!!!”
