• Location was excellent, room was and son loved the Jacuzzi tub.
• At check in room was not ready even though I arrived 1 1/2 hrs past check in time and front desk was very rude.

“I would stay there again. The only thing that bothered me was I checked in 1 1/2 hours past check in time and my room was not ready. I had just driven for 8 hours and of course I wasn't going to leave so I waited for the room to be ready. She seemed annoyed by this. I sat in the lobby area which definitely needed a good cleaning as breakfast crumbs and such were still there (I arrived at 4:30 PM).”

• The size of the room.
• The hotel had his name changed, what made it even more difficult to find it.

“The Hotel is ok, although it is a bit difficult to find it, for it is hidden behind a Mexican restaurant and you can hardly see the hotel from the street. To make things worse, the Hotel had its name changed (it is no longer called Amerihost)just a week before my arrival, and I was not informed about it, at all.”

• Big Bathroom and Nice Kitchenette.
• The bathroom needed caulking and new tile on floor. The Airport being so close which made it noisy during the day only.

“The stay was what I expected. It was good. The breakfast was simple. The water smelled like Sulpher. Over all the Hotel worked for us and did the trick. was a good price for what we got.”

“Customer service is very helpful and friendly; however the hotel is not completely clean. It is a good option if you have a dog; otherwise you can get a hotel more close to Disney with better prices.”

• The staff.
• The room smelled, there was mildew in the bathtub, really needs to be updated.

“The price for the hotel is not bad. I think the room could have been better. There was a smell in the room and the lobby, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. All together I think it was worth the price it just needs to be a little updated.”

• Decent bed.

“Basic cheap motel room. We ended up in a handicap room, so the bathroom was large. It was clean and well kept. There were signs prohibiting you to take breakfast food back to the room, which was unreasonable, for the sake of cleanliness - most people are going to eat food in a room, so this was a silly rule. There were probably many other better choices in the area for the same price.”

• The stay was relaxing and very enjoyable. I would recommend them to a friend.
• I asked one of the workers for some hand clothes and she didn't want to give them to me.

“Review the hotel is a deal for the money. I don't believe all the reviews that I read, the stay was what I expected it to be.”

• I did not like that the hotel was located behind a restaurant and 2 abandoned buildings.

“I think this hotel is great for its price. Also it's comfortable and clean. But it has a small pool. The workers are friendly and really hard workers.”

“A good choice for a family stays at a reasonable rate. Close to stores and easy access to the three attractions we visited (Disney, Sea World, and Kennedy Space Center).”

• Shower curtain .smelled musky.

“Overall this was a very nice clean place to stay. They made our beds everyday. We had no problems. It met our expectation of a reasonably priced hotel. We were very pleased with the hotel.”

• It had a pool for the kids to swim in.

“You get what you pay for. We requested adjoining rooms, which we didn't get. The men in the room next to us were loud and kept us up until 3:00 a.m. They didn't stop even after management asked them to be quite. We had to run the AC &TV continuously just to get some slept. The overall stay was unpleasant”

• The office workers were friendly.
• No wash cloths the second day.

“Overall our experience was good. We were only at the hotel to sleep between park hoping. It had a basic (cold) breakfast, which was nice for the price. The room was nice, though the beds seemed extra firm. No complaints here.”

• Beware the maids.

“The rooms were nice and clean, with two beds, microwave, and mini-fridge. The location was perhaps a bit less safe of an area than international drive. We complained heavily, and they found it in the dumpster. The workers were mostly pretty nice, although there was some strain after the dumpster incident.”

• Good hotel for the price.
• Little bit of mildew in the bath room and on the walls.

“Overall is a nice hotel for the price. It was clean and manageable. Rooms were decent would stay there again if possible. Nothing spectacular.”

• The pool area, although small, was clean and had quality lounge chairs.
• The maid service would occasionally fail to leave adequate towels/wash clothes.

“It was a good value for price with a friendly staff. Any problems were quickly remedied by the staff. God high-speed internet, but not many TV channels.”

“The hotel and staff were great. I would definitely go there again. The room was in great shape and cleanly!! Had a microwave so that was convenient. Continental breakfast was okay.”

• Everyone was helpful and the housekeeping staff did a great job.
• There was no sign along the road to show where they were located.

“This was our first vacation as a family, and it was great. I was honestly afraid that the hotel may not have been what we hoped for, but I was pleasantly surprised. We had a Jacuzzi tub, 2 queen beds, and a chitchatted area. Our room was on the 3rd floor in the corner facing the road but we were not bothered by any noise, it was actually very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!”

• Excellent location, clean, had a refrigerator in the rooms and queen beds.
• I have nothing but positives to say.

“Excellent choice of a hotel for family travel. The location is ideal for travelers who are wanting a Disney experience but on a budget. The hotel was clean. The hotel staff was helpful and courteous. Queen beds, refrigerator and microwave in the room were definite plusses. Breakfast was genuinely fine. There are a number of local restaurants that were not crowded within walking distance. And, there was an outdoor pool for the kids. I would definitely stay here again.”

• The hotel was fairly close to theme parks.
• There was no fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was not very fresh. Our toilet overflowed and there was nobody to help us.

“Overall it is a fair hotel. The price dictates more luxury but we did not experience that. We were disappointed in the breakfast bar. There was no fan in the bathroom which made showering for more than one person very uncomfortable. We had a problem with our toilet and nobody seemed to think it was an emergency (we woke up to two inches of water on the bathroom floor). The room was nice and the beds were comfortable.”

• There were not enough towels at the pool.

“For the price we paid, my expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised to see friendly and quick service at the front-desk. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It even had a kitchenette in the room which was a nice added bonus. The swimming pool was also well-maintained. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Orlando.”

• Long walk to ice machine and did not give me a pool side room like the ad said.

• The hotel was set back from the main road and easy to miss.

“My son and I traveled to Orlando for a quick trip and needed a clean, safe room. I have stayed at other merinos inns and like a breakfast buffet, so we chose this. Our stay was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay there again (at the same price) and would like to stay longer. A quick suggestion: the hotel is set back from the road and the property is currently becoming a condo-conversion upgrade. More directional information would be useful.”

• The bathroom was very relaxing.
• They didn't receive the payment from your online site-had to send them a copy of my bank statement to show them I had already paid for the hotel!

“Good hotel for the price I got. The online description of the room was wrong. It was suppose to be a king suite with a Jacuzzi tub, but it wasn't. So the host gladly changed it to the right room for me. Very nice and efficient staff. Decent continental breakfast.”
