“Dodging duck droppings going into the motel in the main rear entrance was no joy. They did not clean it up and it was everywhere and more added daily. I said something about this to the front desk but got little reaction. These are not wild ducks and are encouraged to stay around the entrance with a feeding station.”

• Great facilities.

“The hotel/resort was great. It exceeded my expectation. It was clean, the staff was attentive and it had everything I needed The only problem was the surcharge I was forced to pay on a daily basis. That was an unwelcome surprise.”

• They had a nice pool arrangement.
• In all the hotels in Orlando, this is the first one that charged an additional fee.

“Overall the hotel was quite nice. The air conditioning unit was very loud at times but we got used to it. The housekeeping staff got a little snippy when we did not leave the room by the time they wanted to clean it. The hot tub was extremely hot, hotter than is should have been. This was the first time we were charged a Resort Fee.”

• It was appealing to adults & children. It was beautiful, romantic & luxurious yet inviting to children with the various pools & games.
• There is not one thing we didn't like about the Resort. It was fabulous & went above & beyond our expectations!

“I recommend this Resort to everyone whether it's a couple wanting a Romantic get away or a family vacation. This resort offers all the amenities you could possibly want. The staff was professional and yet friendly, personable and helpful. It simply doesn't get any better than the Radisson Resort Orlando-Celebration. It was convenient to all the attractions and even offered free shuttle service to the various Theme Parks. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. We still can't believe we were booked through Priceline at such a luxurious Resort. It was our first experience with Priceline but certainly will not be our last! Thank you Priceline and thank you Radisson Resort!”

• The main concern is cleanliness in the room, carpet, foul smell. Elevators, walkways are very old.

“Though it has all the amenities needed to stay with family, the cleanliness, and appearance of the rooms looked very mediocre. The carpets stinked big time. When complained they cleaned the carpet, and sprayed in few hours. The elevators are vey old. The walls, and walkways in the buildings looked less maintained. If these things are fixed, it'd be a wonderful place to stay for the 3 1/2 star rating it was given.”

• It was very close to Disney World.
• You could everything going on in the hallway all night.

“The hotel was nice when we drove up, the lobby was very beautiful. The rooms were nice until you laid on the beds, they were like rocks, it might have been better sleeping on the floor. The TV didn't work until someone brought a new remote. The doors to the hallway have an inch to two inch gap from the floor so if you're a light sleeper like me, you hear everything going on in the hallways all night long.”

“This hotel was very clean. The only issues we had were the beds were too small and not comfortable, their was no wireless internet available and the hotel took 2 days to respond to issues we had in our room.”

• Pool was excellent.
• Dirty rooms
  and fees.

“The room had dirty counter tops, bathroom and floor, cups on coffee rack were reused not washed. The hotel charged 11.20 a day service fee which priceline didn't tell me about and wouldn't do anything about.”

• The facility was very nice. Many things to enjoy!
• Beds.

“We were satisfied. There were no problems with the rooms and the staff was happy to assist us with anything we needed. Food was great but pricey. Two pools, one heated, and also a hot tub. Nice fitness room and an arcade with a few games in it. The double beds are very firm, I liked but the wife not so much. So be prepared.”

• The hotel was nice, had fridge in room, outside play area, and close to Disney.
• Long wait to check in, additional eleven dollar a night resort fee.

“Hotel was clean, and had fridge in room. Pool has a water slide, and there was a playground area for kids. It was a easy ride less then 10 minutes to Disney. Highly recommend, be aware of resort fee that is additional cost of eleven dollars, and change per night.”

• Nice, clean hotel, good location.
• Surprise $11.50 service fee.

“Overall this was a clean, quiet hotel in a good location. It is spread out over a large area so you have to walk a lot to get anywhere, such as parking. I was really upset to discover, upon check in, that I had to agree to and sign an affidavit to an additional $11.50 service fee per room per night.”

• Nice big pool.
• The big pool was not heated and the small pool was heated to hot.

“I did not like the resort fee because I did not use any of the things that the fee is charged. I have requested that you not give me a hotel or motel with a resort fee.”

“I was greeted warmly, I loved the service, location and daily activities for the children. It would have been beneficial to offer breakfast a little more affordable so we did not have to drag the kids out. Loved the ducks, turtles and fish!”

“Our kids had fun at the pool and there was a game room for them. The room was okay. Not the cleanest hotel I've seen. A good place to lay your head but I don't think we'd go back to that hotel.”

• I got the most beautiful spacious room.
• The bathroom was a bit small.

“It was so nice. We have stayed here before and loved it. The check in staff was so friendly and courteous. And quick as well. The room was so nice. The bathroom was kind of small. But I could live with that. It was just the best experience I've had at a hotel in quite a while.”

• Staff was friendly.
• Air condition didn't work well, room smelled musty, dirty diaper by elevator for 2 days.

• Close to Disney Parks.
• Lack of quality at this hotel, especially for a Radisson.

“The hotel is in serious need for an update. Luggage carts were few and far between, you had to walk forever to get to your room. Only some sections have WiFi, our safe was broken, the phone didn't work, had double beds instead of queens, bedding quality is poor, carpets are dirty, bathroom is small, there is only room for one person at a time.”

• The atmosphere and location was EXCELLENT!
• Although I did not use the pool area, I LOVED it!

“I have to say that I had a wonderful time at this hotel. I loved the location and view of my room. I loved how pool area is set up for children and for adults. I do have to admit that the carpet was extremely dirty and I did find a bug in the bathroom which was uncomfortable afterwords.”

• They had a pond with ducks and fish.
• Too far to walk between buildings and too hard to find assistance.

“The hotel was expected if you have stayed at a Radisson in the past. The rooms were clean and adequate. The first day I was surprise to find that the cleaning person had cleaned up the sink area and organized my toiletries on a separate towel. We never used the pool area but there was a pond with fish, turtles and ducks. We enjoyed feeding the animals.”

• Convenient location and good shuttle service.
• Prices at the hotel restaurant too high.

“This hotel charges an additional $10.00 resort fee per day that many hotels in this area don't. You can save a considerable amount of money by traveling just a couple of minutes (actually walking distance)and dining away from the hotel. The hotel itself was very nice and reasonably maintained and the staff was courteous and helpful.”

• Its clean and quick check-in process, attends to any complaints quickly.
• Expect extra compulsory charges as service fee. Very slow internet connection, chances of virus attacks to your computers, beware!

“Hotel is close to all attractions, food courts and freeways. Friendly employees, moderately clean and do not expect great views from hotel rooms. Lightly smell of cigarettes in the lobby areas. You have to pay extra service charges, no matter you use it or not.”

• The pools and the outdoor landscaping were really attractive.
• When I called for information about shuttles in and out of the hotel, the staff were very unhelpful.

“Celebration is an attractive hotel near Disney--not too expensive--with a shuttle to the parks. Staff were friendly but not particularly helpful. I called three times to get information about the shuttle going from the airport to the hotel. I didn't get helpful info until the third call. Another time, I called to ask for info about the shuttle coming back from Disney to the hotel. I was put on hold, transferred, cut off, etc. These ought to have been easy questions for staff to answer.”

• They added extra fees when we checked in.

“The hotel is near Disney and has a great pool. In room refrigerator and a nice shower. The staff hat spoke English as a first language bordered on being rude and staff with English as a second language was helpful but struggled with the language.”
