“The hotel, overall is a nice place. Breakfast is average, no complaints. Be aware of having to pay hidden fees (resort fees) that are not included with the room price. The air conditioned system was too loud in my mom's room so she decided to get ear plugs in order to be able to sleep.” Sep 10, 2009 by
Debby from Tallahassee,FL “The carpet needs to be replaced. The paint was peeling on the wall beside the AC. The light switches between the beds didn't have knobs. Just nuts to use as knobs. When you walk in you could tell that there were pets in the hotel. It wasn't the nicest hotel at we have stayed at. We have stayed at Country Inn and Suites several times before. This one needs just some upkeep. The location was great and so was the swimming area.” Aug 11, 2009 by

“I traveled with friends and we had a good stay, but at the same time there was a boys baseball team staying at the hotel and it had kids galore on certain floors and my friends did not get a decent nights sleep. As for me, I recommend it, the beds were very nice and the front desk service was excellent.” Jun 16, 2009 by
George from Houston,TX “This hotel is a great overall deal for anyone with a limited budget traveling to Orlando/kissimee area. They made us feel like if we were in a Disney resort. “The Country Inn and Suites was a great hotel to stay at. We stayed when we went to the different parks in Florida. It's close to Disney World/Universal studios and lots of good restaurants. The hotel staff is friendly. I forgot conditioner and it was up within a matter of minutes. Would definitely recommend. Not romantic, but did fulfill our purposes.” Jul 26, 2008 by

“The hotel should have been a 2 star. It was not a 2 1/2 star at all. The beds were pretty soft, but the duvet cover was hard. The hotel had a nice pool and the location was great if you have plans to go to Disney (a ten minute drive at the most) however the room had a weird smell. I had to change out of the 1st room I was in because it had a serious mildew smell. The second room was better, but I still had to go buy an air freshener. The ice machine on my floor was broken the entire 7 days I was there and they never made an attempt to fix it. I called down and asked if ice could be brought up to my room and was told it would be a long time before they could give it to me. Also, the room only has soap and shampoo. Every time I needed conditioner I had to go to the front desk. They also only gave me the sample packs of the conditioner which were really hard to open. They offered a continental breakfast however; they put out the same thing every morning. If you are there 7 days, after day 2, you are sick of the breakfast and would rather eat somewhere else. You also had to present these dumb yellow tickets. Overall, I was under impressed with the quality of the room and the service I received. Most of the staff was pretty rude and would throw stuff over the counter at you.” Jul 24, 2008 by

“Hotel was very clean, quiet and close to everything. Access to expressways was close by. The Hotel also offered directions to all Attractions in the area which was great. Friendly staff.” Jul 22, 2008 by
Jonathan from Lakeland, FL
“My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was excellent. There were a couple of things that were dingy and dirty, but other than that I would definitely come back.” Jul 17, 2008 by
Jess from Pembroke Pines, FL
“This hotel was ok, very close to the outlets and some shops. The room was nice. Only stayed for one night but no complaints. Breakfast wasn't bad.” Jul 16, 2008 by
Tracey from Cape Coral, FL
“This hotel was nice. They feature queen beds with high end sheets, everything was clean and updated. The pool area was great! They have a decent little slide for the kids, it was heated and there was a quieter pool for the traveler not wanting to spend their time with kids. The hotel had great coffee available all of the time, a surprisingly abundant complimentary breakfast bar. The staff was pleasant and not in your face. They had complimentary cookies that made my little girl happy. Aside from the toilet that needs repair to flush more consistently, and the nail polish that was smeared on the carpet, the hotel was a surprisingly great one.” Jul 16, 2008 by
Silvia from Miramar, FL
“Excellent value, nice and spacious rooms, great location.” Jul 16, 2008 by

“Not the star level defined. Not internet for business. Staff was a bit unfriendly.” Jul 2, 2008 by
Christine from Matthews, NC
“This hotel was just not up to the standards of other Country Inn and Suites I have stayed at. The breakfast was the same every day, where others in this chain rotated the main menu items. Housekeeping - the 2nd day someone placed a Do Not Disturb sign on our door, so they did not disturb. Fair enough. But late afternoon on the third day housekeeping still had not arrived. The front desk suggested we go out for the evening and call if the room was not done when we came back! Don't expect replacements on coffee, shampoo, soaps or ice bucket liners either.” Jun 30, 2008 by
Michelle from Ashburn, VA
“Overall, this hotel was clean and very enjoyable. There were many amenities available and functional. The complimentary breakfast was very good, but the inordinate number of guests made it almost impossible to get through the line, especially with children. The manager on duty was very helpful and accommodating, which was very nice.” Jun 30, 2008 by
Jim from Belleair Bluffs, FL
“Unfortunately this hotel has some poorly conditioned rooms and staff with lousy attitudes. The first room I had a large poorly patched hole in bathroom ceiling that leaked when it rained. The bathroom sink faucet was lose and hard to use. The pillows were feather that I am allergic and when I asked for alternates, which all hotels have, I was told they couldn't find any but my name was put on a list for the next day. They were never found. When I asked again, they put my name on the same list again but nothing was ever done. When I told them the bathroom ceiling had a hole that was letting in rain they called the handyman who I assume was off for the day and the front desk never called me back. I had to call them back and they finally offered me another room, with feather pillows, I took it anyway and left the next day. Some of the desk people were helpful in my stay but I ran into a few that seemed overwhelmed by the workload and couldn't care less.” Jun 30, 2008 by
Joey from San Diego, CA
“This is a nice place to stay. I enjoyed it and think that if you had family, it would be a perfect stay. Breakfast was a little weak, but overall, I'd come back.” Jun 9, 2008 by

“We had a great time at the hotel. The kids spent several hours on the water slide and in the pool. The rooms were nice and the free continental breakfast was really good too!” May 30, 2008 by
Chris from Ringgold, GA
“Ok for the price, many to chose from in the Orlando area and would rate this as mediocre, fitness facility was a joke. Virtually all equipment out of order, good central location to various attractions.” May 29, 2008 by
Richard from Palm Beach Gardens, FL
“When I return to vacation to Orlando I will stay there.” May 29, 2008 by

“Poor, poor quality for a 2.5 star hotel. In serious need of updating and replacement of furniture. The furniture was chipped and extremely rough edges. There was an alarm clock, but it didn't work. When this was reported we were told that we could have a wake up call--which never came! Thank goodness I had a cell phone alarm or we might have missed our plane. As mentioned above, I woke up with several red spots on my body-my thought immediately was bed bugs! UGH! The breakfast was not bad for a free continental breakfast.” May 23, 2008 by
L from Buffalo, NY
“You have no idea how wonderful this hotel was. We left Orlando and went to ft. Lauderdale and had the shock of our lives. The first room we were put it smelled awful. My daughter had the luggage cart so I went down stairs to request a new room. When asked why I told her that it smelled. It was bad. They moved us to another room and that room had mold that was a foot wide all the way around the room. It was dirty and only had one double bed. Down again I went only to be taken to the sixth floor, I left my daughter in the 2nd room, up to the 6th floor we went. The card wouldn't open the door so she told me we were going to be on the 5th. By now this was the 4th room, the best part is the whole time her one hand was a big something from taco bell. She said from all this trouble we should have a free room which we didn't get. Every day we had to get a new entry room card as they would stop working and we would have to truck back on down to get a new one sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. Plus the pool was filthy.” May 22, 2008 by
Yesmin from Miami, FL
