• Location to business meeting.
• Bathroom floor had a leak under the tile, towel on floor was wet.

“The room needed some repairs and the carpet had stains in front of the fridge.”

• The front staff was exceptional, very helpful and friendly. Always smiling.
• Nothing.

“I felt that it was an excellent value. It was centrally located, decent curb appeal, nice outdoor pool. The complimentary breakfast was good with a decent variety. The front staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful and made you feel like welcome family. The rooms were nice and clean, as was the bathroom. The hotel offered amenities that I personally appreciate. Coffeemaker plus complimentary coffee and tea all day in the lobby, hairdryer, refrigerator and microwave, iron and ironing board in the room. Great shower head in the tub too. The pool was open 10 to 10 and was well maintained. Free newspaper and close to I-85 and the Duluth shopping and restaurants. I am looking forward to going back. I have stayed at two other hotels in the Duluth area and the Holiday Inn Express was at the top of the list.”

• Convenient, centrally located in area, have stayed there before numerous times, feel safe there.
• Hotel was packed 1st night, and maid service very slow. Room was not made up by 4:30 pm 2nd day.

“I've stayed at this Holiday Inn Express on numerous trips to Atlanta over the past 4 or 5 years with no problems. I always feel safe there. It is clean, staff friendly, rooms well decorated, and centrally located to the area with easy access to the Interstate. This is the first time staying here that room was not made up by the time we returned to the room about 4-4:30 pm.”

• It's closeness to our destination and good restaurants.
