• The people were awesome with service and hospitality.

“An older Holiday Inn Express, but the service from the staff made up for lack of pretty hallways. The room was fine, fitness center was very acceptable.”

• You could get to your room from inside or outside.
• The freeway was close and very noisy.

“The hotel staff was very nice, their breakfast was a good variety, hotel was quiet, pool was nice, they should add a hot tub.”

• Long walk from elevator to room and room difficult to locate.

• It was not a "roach hotel" and it was very convenient to the Little Rock airport.
• None.

“This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. It was very convenient to the airport which is why I booked this particular hotel. I would stay there again if I needed to.”

• The room was clean and well appointed.
• Outdoor corridors on rooms. Ran out of hot breakfast items an hour before the cut off time.

“This was a nice hotel, I had expected indoor corridors but we were put in an extra outbuilding which had exterior corridors, not as secure as I like. The breakfast was good but they ran out of the hot breakfast an hour before the cutoff and didn't refill until it was almost the cutoff time. Overall though a good value.”

• Conveniently located for the airport access.
• We arrived at 11PM. Our prepaid room had been given to someone else. We were given a room after midnight.

“How could we say anything but negative comments to our friends in Arkansas about Holiday Inn Express.”
