“Hotel looks very dated inside and not very appealing. Entrance is okay. It's very evident that they are working on a very tight budget. The area that the hotel is located in appears somewhat depressed. The exterior of the hotel is in need of an upgrade. The courtyard, which they customarily charge more for a view of, appears neglected.” Oct 8, 2009 by

“The hotel location was easy to find and felt safe. There were no problems checking in or out, and staff were friendly. The hotel includes very long, winding corridors, so navigating from doors or front desk to the rooms can be tiresome. The room was a little dated; floors and walls were in adequate repair, but appeared quite worn. The room also seemed stale and stuffy upon entry. Furnishings, including the bed, were clean and comfortable. Lack of WiFi in the room was disappointing. The room was quiet, except for a noisy air conditioner that kicked on with a loud rattle throughout the night. This unit did not do an adequate job of cooling the room well. Overall, it was a comfortable enough stay for business purposes, with no major problems.” Sep 26, 2009 by

“Great hotel with very comfortable beds and clean atmosphere. I really appreciated getting a smoking room as well.” Sep 13, 2009 by

“Lost reservation, gave room away, no assistance, sent to entry far from door with may steps - had a 20 mo old and 4 month old. - room not ready - laundry had to complete room we were given. Bathroom had fecal matter on walls, mold.” Aug 23, 2009 by

“Very clean with the friendly greeting smiling staff who gose out of the way to help customers” Aug 14, 2009 by

“Overall, it’s a good hotel but charges for things that most other 3-star hotels offer for free. No refrigerator in rooms is inconvenient. This hotel unfortunately charges for things that only a 4-star hotel usually charges for.” Aug 5, 2009 by
Margaret from Missouri City,TX
“My husband and I enjoyed our brief stay at the Hilton. The beds were so much more comfortable than what we have at home. I fell on a hallway floor, and hotel personnel came to my aid quickly. Everyone was courteous. We did not use the restaurant because we had other plans.” Jul 2, 2009 by

“My mother, my sister and I stayed at the Hilton Hotel last weekend because the central heat and air at home stopped working. We enjoyed our stay because the hotel was quiet, convenient and confortable. I recomend this hotel to anyone wanting a weekend family getaway.” Sep 4, 2008 by

“Good hotel. The staff did not seem to be as friendly and helpful as I would imagine for a 3-star hotel.” Feb 5, 2008 by
Lisa from Monroe, LA
“The hotel is nice, the food at the restaurant tasted stale and old. Room service took an hour. My room had no microwave or refrigerator.” Nov 26, 2007 by

“The hotel was excellent (great location to War Memorial Stadium). The restaurant and bar were both top shelf.” Jul 19, 2007 by

“Good hotel, a little off highway, but still easy to get to, helpful staff, and a nice clean room with comfortable beds.” Feb 18, 2007 by

“My car was stolen right from the parking lot when I stayed at the Little Rock Hilton on Thanksgiving day 2006. I parked my vehicle about three spaces from an entry door right next to the building. The next morning, my car was gone. There was broken glass on the ground. My car had been stolen! I filed a police report. I asked a Little Rock detective about examining the hotel security tapes. The detective called me and reported that Hilton management told him that they did not have security cameras monitoring their parking Lot. Three days later, the Little Rock police contacted me and said they recovered my car. It had been stripped. I made another trip back to Little Rock to see the car at the impound lot. It was devastating to see what was left of my car. It was a total loss. I received no financial help from Hilton in replacing my car.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Sep 13, 2006 by
