• The location and the bed were wonderful. Free internet was great.
• Most staff was curt and cold. Bathtub would not drain. No chair in my room, only foot stool.

“I slept great and felt safe. The restaurant prices were high. Not enough wait staff in one. Rude wait staff in the other. Front desk staff curt and cold. Bathtub would not drain. No chair in my room. Pool, hot tub, work out room nice. Internet connection good and free! Back entrance door broke causing guests to have to return to front desk for all keys to be re-activated. A pain after a hard day when all I wanted to do was rest not tromp all over the hotel.”

• Hotel needs to be gutted. Reminds me of a Holiday Inn from the 70s.

“Not a three star. We changed rooms three times! Does not compare with other 3 stars we have stayed in in the area. The entire facility is dated and in need of renovating. Rugs dirty and needed stretching, windows not washed in restaurant and gift shop. Elevators not working and slow! Not a good experience!”

• The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.
• The room was not very clean and the cleaning staff was rude and inconsiderate.

“The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room was not very clean and inviting. The carpet was old and curved up from the floor. The side of the tables/desks/cabins was dusty and dirty. The room service personnel delivered the fridge we asked for. Instead of looking for a outlet to plug it in, he simply left the fridge and decided to leave it to ourselves. In the morning, the cleaning staff knocked at the door at 8:30 am. We couldn't respond fast enough to the door. She had already used her keys to open it. We told her that we would not check out until 11am and put up a do not disturb sign. She knocked again at 9:30. I mentioned it to the front desk. The front desk person initially apologized. I think it was the room director who happened to stand beside her asked her to remove the only one local phone charge I had. Overall, the room condition did not satisfy a 3* rating.”

• Did fix my problem quickly.
• The bedding was dirty, Convention Center. Enough said.

“Nice place. The sheets were stained and the blanket had stuff left over from the last couple that was here. The staff replaced all of it quickly with clean sheets. Double beds - not queen size beds. Convention center atmosphere-convention center motel-- enough said! But! if you need a safe cheap place to stay near Fiddlers Green- this is a good.”

• They put me in room by the elevator. I moved.

“This hotel is nice and close to a lot of things however they should never put anyone in room # because of the elevator noise. I changed rooms and the guy after me did the same.”

• Bedding was amazing!
• Indoor pool closed for two out of three days.

“A nice, clean room with fantastic bedding and plush towels. Hotel layout is confusing and building is in need of renovations. Great location, easy highway access. Having two swimming pools and a hot tub was nice.”

• Rooms are dated and poorly decorated, bad odor, no wireless internet.

“While this hotel has free internet access (wired, no wireless) and the staff is cordial, it is in need of a remodel. The rooms are dated and poorly decorated; much of the furniture and carpet is worn and in need of replacement. I would never recommend this hotel.”

• I liked that you did not feel the big city rush.
• The elevators were slow.

“My husband I and stayed here for our wedding anniversary and we had a great time, we ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, we liked that there were other options for food across the street and loved the location because I have family all over the Denver area.”

• The room and staff was comfortable.
• The internet was inconsistent which was a significant problem doing business.

“I would recommend the hotel for leisure travelers not needing the internet and wanting a relatively inexpensive hotel. I would not recommend for a business traveler needed consistent internet service.”

• My son enjoyed the pool.
• We previously stayed at a Marriott and it was much nicer overall.

“The 4 points Sheraton is in a very good location yet lacks the updates one would find in upscale hotels. The carpet is worn, the bathrooms are old and the fixtures are dated. The bedding is good and up to date.”

• The management got extra help to the front desk immediately.
• No free WiFi in the rooms, no complimentary breakfast, couldn't hook up a DVD player to the TV.

“Good location next to the interstate. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfortable, parking is plentiful, very nice outdoor pool. Free WiFi was accessible in the lobby but not in the rooms and there was no DVD player or capability to hook up a portable DVD player.”

“First room was small. Upgraded to a bigger one on their preferred guest floor after we complained about the smell of smoke in the first room without any trouble. The hotel staffs is nice and friendly. But the bathroom is small and dated. The shower curtain has moles.”

• Room was damp & warm in dry Denver climate & smelled musty.

“Housekeeping left room unlocked and door was not closed all the way, leaving our valuables available to theft although nothing was stolen. Our room key could unlock the outside door of another room. Housekeeping did not leave bath linens, toilet paper and Kleenex after cleaning the room.”

• The pool was cold. Both inside and outside.

“Great view from our room, hotel was clean, pool was nice if they had been not so cold. Easy to get to restraints in the area. Did not eat on the premises. Just an overnight stay.”

• Amenities - pools, arcade, restaurants, gift shop, nice lobby.
• Our room was old, beat up and in need of repair, the carpet needed stretching.

“My family liked the comfortable hotel lobby. We also enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs, small arcade area, fitness center, and restaurants. However, our room was in desperate need of remodeling. The wallpaper was chewed up throughout the room and bathroom; there were screw holes in the bathroom where the hair dryer had been dismantled with a sticker slapped over it. The carpet was loose and wet when we arrived. It needed to be stretched. The room you sleep in is the most important to me. This room felt like much less than a 3 star hotel room. I would expect to find a room in this condition at a motel 6 and would not like to stay here again.”

• Ugly customer service, not clean. Teen age kids all over the pool, hall and in the parking lot.
• Ugly customer services, they do not like foreign people and not clean.

“Please avoid it, it's not clean, kids all over the place in the weekend, loud music and drinking out in the parking lot. I wish I did not sty their, but it was cheap and near my business. Ugly customer services. My husband asked for wheel chair for my mother and they did not give it to him. They told him that they will send one to the room. Another American lady asked them for wheelchair and they give her one immediately. We were sad for what happing front of our eyes and we could not believe it. We told the manger about this and he did not care or even try to correct the problem.”

“Weekend are the worst time, kids all over the halls, bad music and drinking in parking lot. It's not clean and not good customers services. Honesty is like motel 6 and worst.”

• This hotel is centrally located on Denver's Southside and convenient to everything. It also has a Starbucks in the parking lot which was great!
• It's a bit dark inside and is a military departure point for new recruits. A hard fact if you are against the War in Iraq.

“This hotel was very conveniently located on the south side of Denver, a town that reaches far and wide. It had great pools inside and out for children and sunbathers. The staff was friendly. The room was large, however, the bathroom was very small. Almost an after thought really. All in all my small family and I enjoyed our stay. This hotel, however, is geared toward business travelers not a family on vacation.”

• We loved the hotel from the 'curb appeal' to our lovely room. Also, it was really clean and that is important to us.
• We liked everything.

• Bathroom needed updating, especially the ceiling area above the shower and base of toilet.

• The friendliness of the staff was fantastic.
• The room we stayed in had wrinkled carpet and old furniture.

“On outside appearances it seemed nice - the pools were good. The rooms seemed dated and not up to par with other three star hotels I have stayed at. It was difficult to find places to eat close by. The location was good for travelers- close to the interstate. They did have one computer in the lobby that was connected to the internet but people were always waiting to get to use it.”

• Our room was right next to elevator shaft, very noisy.

“The room was very clean and comfortable, but right next to elevator shaft and way too noisy, very distracting when trying to work, sleep, or do anything. The staff was very friendly. Internet was good, but could be better, question why they said there was no wireless connection in the rooms, while we got a signal, but staff would not tell us the password. It was a great room for the price, and would stay there again in a different room.”

• The hotel had easy access to I-25.
• The aid conditioner did not adequately cool the room, some furniture was broke, the room did not appear real clean.

• The hotel was very accommodating to us with our little Chihuahua puppy.
• The bathrooms could have been bigger but they are very nice.

“The staff at this hotel was very accommodating. No matter whether we asked for towels or tissues, they were delivered to our room within minutes. My children absolutely loved that the pool hours were until 11:00 p.m. That was a big bonus for us.”

“The four points Sheraton is on the far north fringe of the Denver Tech Center area. It is a very dated building, with unattractive, small rooms. The food from room service was the worst meal I have ever had while traveling. Overall, this experience fell very short of my expectations.”

“High cost of food and lack of services for hearing impaired reduces rating considerably. Employees have no idea what TTY/TDD equipment for hearing impaired is. Lack of this equipment discriminates against hearing impaired persons and violates Federal ADA laws, leaving them open to lawsuits.”
