• Very professional services.
• Not very affordable.

“I decided to try this hotel after reading some articles about luxury ski accommodations. I must say I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is very friendly and their services are very professional. The rate may not be considered as affordable for some but I think it's well worth the money. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who is looking for a true luxury Ski holiday.”

• The friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk and the bell boy.
• Although this hotel is excellent, I feel a bit stuffiness atmosphere when I arrived.

“The room was very St. Regis and have a mountain atmosphere feeling. Although, we feel that the room would be a bit smaller during Winter ski time, it was perfect for summer time. When we arrived, we felt a bit stuffiness atmosphere feeling. The receptionists were very friendly, which minimize those stuffiness feeling.”

“The price for the hotel is justified by the quality of the service and great location. I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Resort. I certainly look forward to returning to stay at this hotel.”

• The service and attention to detail surpassed my expectations.
• The rooms were very basic.

“The St. Regis was a great hotel I would highly recommend. The location in Aspen was extremely close and just a 1-2 minute walk to where the action was. The staff was very attentive and went the extra mile to help us. The butler service was excellent and the lobby areas were very inviting. I loved the coach area by the fireplace!”

• The staff was amazing.
• Decor a bit dark and older taste.

“I was a bit intimidated in going to this hotel because of its rating and reputation but even with a 6 month old baby the staff was very inviting and accommodating. The location was ideal for walking around Aspen. What an enjoyable summer stay!”

• The overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable! The pool is open 24 hours!
• Nothing.

• Hotel staff
  as amazingly friendly.
• Room furniture is dark and dated to the 1980s.

“I will definitely stay in this hotel again. Bedding was amazingly soft. Duvet blankets on bed similar to the Europeans. Hotel room did not have a microwave, coffeemaker or refrigerator-a bit of a negative since I had a 12 year old child with me.”

• Bull business center.
• Poor signage so couldn't find elevators, main doors, small pool.

“Quiet but lively. Lovely bar with music. Shuttle that takes you to places in town, and then picks you up, for free.”
